Das freie Zimmer hat ca. 18m² und schaut in den grünen Innenhof. Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Kachelofen (leider nur als Zierobjekt), einem eingebauten Regal und Parkettboden und liegt im 4. Stock eines Altbaus.
Bei Interesse können die Möbel vom Vormieter übernommen werden.

The free room has about 18m² and is located in the 4th floor. It's bright and quiet and you have a beautiful view into a green courtyard.
If you're interested our actual flat mate will leave the furniture in the room.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral - gleich hinter dem Schlossberg und 2 Gehminuten von der Pädagogischen Hochschule entfernt. Ebenfalls in der Nähe ist die FH Campus 02. Man ist sehr schnell am Hauptplatz, am Murradweg und im Grünen.
Wir sind gut versorgt mit Supermärkten, Bioladen, Apotheke, Bibliothek..

The flat is in the bigger center of Graz behind the Schlossberg. It takes you only 2 minutes walk to Pädagogische Hochschule and FH Campus 02 is also nearby. The main square, an important bike trail, parks and woods can be reached quickly.
Supermarkets, organic food shop, pharmacy, library and other shops are in walking distance.
Wir…
sind Sandra und Elisabeth, sind beide 38 Jahre jung und suchen noch eine oder einen sympathischen Mitbewohner*in für unsere gemütliche, bunte WG.
Wir kochen manchmal (und gerne) gemeinsam - vorwiegend vegetarisch, sind offene, gesprächsfreudige Menschen und probieren gerne zusammen Neues aus. Wichtig ist uns ein nachhaltiger Lebensstil und ein ehrlicher Austausch.
Elisabeth … arbeitet im Sozialbereich und liebt die Stadtbibliothek und den Bioladen gleich um’s Eck, den Bauernmarkt vor der Tür und den belebten Hasnerplatz, geht gerne tanzen und wandern, kocht gerne, hat’s gerne sauber, macht Taiji oder sonstige Achtsamkeitsübungen
Sandra liebt es, zu singen und zu musizieren (gerne miteinander 😊), in der Natur unterwegs zu sein (freut sich über gemeinsames Quell-Wasser holen am wunderschönen Schöckl), ist von Beruf Heilmasseurin und Energetikerin und verbringt gerne Zeit beim Tanzen, in Singkreisen, am Lagerfeuer, bei Schwitzhütten und so Einiges mehr ;-)
Wir freuen uns auf dich und sind gespannt, wie sich mit dir unser Zusammenleben neu gestaltet.

...are Sandra and Elisabeth, both of us 38 years old. We like to cook together, to talk, are open-minded and like to explore new things together. A sustainable lifestyle and being honest with each other is also important for us.
Elisabeth … is working in the social field and loves the public library, the organic food shop and the farmers market around the corner and also the vibrant Hasnerplatz 😉, loves dancing, hiking and cooking, likes it clean and tidy, does taiji and other mindfulness practices
Sandra ... loves to sing and make music (that's always better together with others 😊) and loves to be in the nature (likes to go to beautiful Schöckl area for spring water). Her profession is therapeutic masseuse and energethics. She loves to spend time dancing, in singing circles, around a campfire, in sweat lodges and much more..
