Da es unsere Ivana wieder nach Borarlberg verschlägt wird in unserer WG anfang Juli ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 15m² groß, durch das große Fenster ist es tagsüber sehr hell. Kasten inkl. Spiegel und Bett inkl. Lattenrost können für 300€ abgelöst werden.
Die Warmmiete für dieses Zimmer beträgt 320€ pro Monat, dazu kommen 10€ fürs Internet.
Die Wohnung besteht weiters aus einer Küche mit allem was man braucht (Geschirrspüler, Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank), einem kleinen Bad, einem Klo (getrennt vom Bad) und einem Putzkammerl.
Es befindet sich eine Gemeinschafts-Waschmaschine im Keller.
Die WG liegt ideal für KF und Medizinstudierende. Sowohl die Meduni als auch die Karl Franzens Uni sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, mit dem Rad in etwa 3 Minuten.
In der Nähe befinden sich außerdem zwei SPAR und ein BILLA, der Hilmteich, Kebapstände, eine Paket-Abholstation und die Bim-Station "Tegetthofplatz".
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit Christina teilen. Sie ist eine liebe, unkomplizierte und ordentliche Mitbewohnerin. Außerdem zieht im August Meyra ein.
