Zwischenmiete in Geidorf Juli bis Nov/ März

Hallo, ☀️
mein Zimmer sucht von Anfang Juli bis Ende November eine*n Zwischenmieter*in! Hast du Interesse? ☺️

Du würdest in dieser Zeit mit zwei unglaublich tollen Mädls und dem besten Hund zusammen wohnen. Das WG-Leben ist super entspannt, es wird gerne zusammen gekocht, am Balkon ein Glas Aperol getrunken oder auch in der Stadt nach einem anstrengenden Tag mit ein zwei Gläschen angestoßen. 🍸
Side note: Es gibt wöchentlich viele selbst gebackene Leckereien von @cafe.tonia und die zwei machen die allerbeste vegetarische Lasagne! Also wenn das kein Grund ist über den Sommer nach Graz zu ziehen?!

Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung befindet sich neben dem Magaretenbad in Geidorf. Das Zimmer ist ca. 18m2 groß und verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon, der in den Innenhof ausgerichtet ist! In den ersten Morgenstunden läd die Sonne direkt zu einem entspannten Kaffee am Balkon ein.☀️☕️
Es gibt einen Eingangsbereich, von dem man ins Bad, die Küche und in die Zimmer der anderen beiden kommt. Durch einen kleiner Zwischengang kommt man zum separaten WC und deinem zukünftigen Zimmer.

Location:
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in Geidorf gelegen. Der SPAR und BILLA ist direkt ums Eck, auch zum Geidorfplatz, von dem aus viele Busse fahren, gelangt man in wenigen Minuten. Am Geidorfplatz gibt es Mittwochs und Samstag einen Bauernmarkt, das Geidorfkino und kleine Bars direkt am Markt. Die KF Universität liegt 5 Gehminuten entfernt, der Stadtpark und die Innenstadt sind auch nicht weit!

Die Miete inkl. allem beträgt 380€

During this time you would live together with two girls and the best dog. The life is super relaxed in this shared flat, we like to cook together, drink a glass of Aperol on the balcony or in the city after a busy day. 🍸
Side note: There are lots of home-baked goodies from @cafe.tonia every week and the two of them make the best vegetarian lasagna! So if that's not a reason to move to Graz over the summer!!!

About the apartment:
The apartment is located next to the Magaretenbad in Geidorf. The room is about 22m2 and has its own balcony, which faces the backyard! In the early morning hours, the sun invites you to a relaxing coffee on the balcony.☀️☕️

There is an entrance area from which you can get to the bathroom, the kitchen and the other two rooms. Through a small corridor in between you come to the separate toilet and your future room.

Location:
The apartment is centrally located in Geidorf. The SPAR and BILLA is just around the corner, also to Geidorfplatz, from which many buses run. At Geidorfplatz there is a farmer's market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, the Geidorf cinema and small bars directly at the market. The KF University is 5 minutes walk away, the city park and the city center are also not far!

The rent including everything is 380€.
It is probably also possible to stay in the flat until March, because in November to March the room next to the entrance becomes available☺️☀️
