Hi, ich biete mein Zimmer in dieser wunderschönen WG zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich Graz verlasse und im Sommer eine Freundin von mir das Zimmer übernimmt.
Das Zimmer ist ca 20m² groß und auch im Sommer angenehm kühl. Viele Möbel würden drin bleiben, so dass du dich ganz wie daheim fühlst.
Die Wohnung verfügt sonst über alles was man zum Leben braucht. In der Küche sind wir super ausgestattet und haben sogar einen Geschirrspüler. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt und eine Waschmaschine gibt es auch. Unsere Loggia ist klein aber fein und wird bis zu deinem Einzug noch ein bisschen bepflanzt werden.
Der Preis von 450€ ist all inclusive. Über Ein- und Auszugsdaten können wir gerne sprechen, je nachdem wie es für dich passt. Ich hätte ganz gern als Sicherheit eine Kaution, darüber können wir aber vielleicht auch persönlich sprechen.

Hi, I offer my room in this beautiful shared apartment for interim rent, as I will leave Graz and a friend of mine will move in in August.
The room is about 20m² and pleasantly cool even in summer. Most of thenfurniture would stay, so you feel completely at home.
The apartment otherwise has everything you need to live. In the kitchen we are super equipped and even have a dishwasher. The bathroom and toilet are separate and there is also a washing machine. Our loggia is small but nice and will be greener until you move in.
The price of 450€ is all-inclusive. We can talk about move-in and move-out dates, depending on how it suits you. I would like to have a deposit as security, but maybe we can talk about it in person.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral 2 Gehminuten von der KF Uni, Zinzendorfgasse und Univiertel entfernt. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars und Imbisse gibt es jede Menge in der Umgebung. Mit dem Fahrrad ist alles weitere sehr gut zu erreichen. Bushaltestellen in die Stadt und zum Hauptbahnhof sind 2 Gehminuten entfernt.

The apartment is very centrally located 2 minutes walk from KF Uni, Zinzendorfgasse and Univiertel. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and snack bars are plenty in the area. By bike everything else is very easy to reach. Bus stops to the city and the main train station are 2 minutes walk away.
In der Wohnung wohnen Chris (28, USW), Julia (24, Soziologie) und Sophia (26, Biologie). Wir verbringen viel Zeit miteinander und sind definitiv keine Zweck WG. Natürlich kann aber auch jeder die Zimmertür schließen und seine Ruhe haben. Wir kochen viel gemeinsam und sind auch sonst oft zusammen unterwegs, je nachdem was gerade so los ist. Ansonsten sitzen wir oft auf einen Kaffee/Tee/Bier in der Küche zusammen. Im Haus sind noch weitere WGs, wo hin und wieder auch etwas gemeinsam unternommen wird. Falls dich das ansprichst, komm gern mal vorbei, damit man sich persönlich kennenlernen kann. :)

Chris (28, USW), Julia (24, sociology) and Sophia (26, biology) live in the apartment. We spend a lot of time together but of course, everyone can close the room door and have their peace. We cook a lot together and are often out in the city together, depending on what's going on. Otherwise, we often sit together for a coffee/tea/beer in the kitchen. There are other shared flats in the house, where we also do things together from time to time. If that appeals to you, feel free to come by so that we can get to know each other personally. :)
Wenn du dir vorstellen könntest in der WG zu leben, schreib uns doch einen kurzen Text um dich vorzustellen (am liebsten Whatsapp). Alles andere können wir bei einem Gespräch herausfinden, am liebsten bei uns, aber falls du von weiter weg kommst, ist online auch kein Problem.
