Wir suchen eine/n neue/n MitbewohnerIn für unsere nette 4-er-WG ab Anfang Juli bis Ende September 2023! :)
Das Zimmer ist 28m² groß und kostet insgesamt 365€ (alles inkludiert). Es wird vollmöbliert übergeben. Es hat zwei große Fenster Richtung Wastlergasse (Südseite) mit sehr viel Tageslicht.
Ansonsten gibt es in der Wohnung ein großes Vorzimmer mit viel Stauraum, ein Esszimmer, einen zauberhaften Balkon in den Innenhof, zwei Badezimmer, ein separates Klo, eine Küche mit Spülmaschine und natürlich die Zimmer von den anderen. Der wunderschöne Garten kann natürlich auch mitbenutzt werden.

We are looking for a new roommate for our nice 4-person apartment from July until September 2023! :)
The room is 28m² and costs a total of 365€ (all included). It will be handed over fully furnished. It has two large windows towards Wastlergasse (south side) with a lot of daylight.
About the apartment: it has a dining room, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, a kitchen with dishwasher and a magical balcony overlooking the courtyard.
There's also a beautiful garden that can be used between all residents. :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Wastlergasse, einer ruhigen Gasse mit schönen Altbauten in Geidorf, gleich beim Margaretenbad. Auf die Karl-Franzens Uni sind es zu Fuß vielleicht 5-10, auf die TU mit dem Rad 10 Minuten und zur MedUni mit dem Rad 15 Minuten. In der Innenstadt ist man zu Fuß in 15 Minuten.
Zur Busstation Geidorfplatz sind es ca. 3 Minuten, zur Station Wormgasse nur 1 Minute.
In ein paar Minuten ist man im Wald auf den Weg zum Rosenhain (inkl. Café Rosenhain, USI Sportanlagen und wunderbaren Sonnenuntergängen) oder im Stadtpark zum sporteln, entspannen, Enten beobachten... Auch der Grazer Schlossberg ist zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten entfernt.
Gleich um die Ecke haben wir einen Spar, einen Billa, einen Bipa, eine Apotheke und samstags gibts sogar einen Bauernmarkt :-)

The apartment is located in the Wastlergasse, a quiet street with beautiful old buildings, not that far away from the city center. If you want to go to the Karl-Franzens University, you're only a 5 to 10 minutes walk away. The TU you can reach in 10 minutes by bike and the MedUni in 15 minutes also by bike.
Only 5 minutes away you can find a little nature-paradise in Graz, the Rosenhain (incl. Café Rosenhain, USI sports facilities and wonderful sunsets). The city park is also really close, where you can play sports, meet friends or just relax. :)
Just around the corner we have a Spar, a Billa, a Bipa, a pharmacy - and on Saturdays there's even a farmers market :-)
Es werden gleich zwei Zimmer frei, Julia (27, Psychologie) und Maria (23, Medizin) ziehen leider aus, Jakob (27, Physiotherapeut) und Katrin (30, USW-VWL) würden sich auf dich freuen. Das WG-Leben war bisher immer sehr fröhlich, verständnisvoll und je nach Vorlieben kann man gemeinsam ins Margerl gehen, etwas leckeres zu essen zaubern und einfach gemütlich zusammen den Tag ausklingen lassen. Es wird gern gesehen, wenn sich jeder in das WG-Leben mit einbringt und mitgestaltet, es ist aber auch überhaupt kein Problem wenn man mal Zeit für sich möchte.
Bei uns ist es wichtig, dass jeder ein gesundes Maß an Sauberkeit mitbringt. Damit das Zusammenleben zu viert gut funktioniert, haben wir einen Putzplan.
Aber darüber können wir gerne, vielleicht auch auf unserem gemütlichen Innenhofbalkon, gemeinsam reden.

Two rooms will become available by July, since Julia (27, Psychologist) and Maria (23, Med student) are sadly leaving us. But this also means that we, Jakob (27, physiotherapist) and Katrin (30, USW student), will be your new roommates. :) To describe ourselves is a little bit difficult, but we try to create a cheerful, open-minded and understanding living atmosphere. Depending on the day, we can go to the Margerl together, make something delicious to eat, or just seat comfortably and talk at the end of the day. But if you need some time for yourself, this is also fine.
Something important to us is that everyone takes responsibility for what needs to be done in the apartment, and to keep it clean - so that living together works well.
But we can talk more about it over a drink or two at our balcony. ;)
