Hi,
da ich ein Auslandssemester in Amerika mache, möchte ich mein Zimmer für den Zeitraum von August/September bis Januar/Februar untervermieten.
Das freie Zimmer hat eine Größe von etwa 16 m² und ist dank seiner zwei Fenster (eines davon mit Blick auf den Innenhof) schön hell. Es befindet sich in der oberen Etage unserer WG und ist komplett möbliert. Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Kallax-Regal und Anderes können gerne genutzt werden.
Der Schrank befindet sich im „Vorraum“ meines Zimmers in der oberen Etage (siehe Bilder).
Zur Wohnung:
- 106 m² über zwei Etagen, wobei sich in der oberen Etage mein Zimmer + „Vorraum“ befindet

Hi there,
since I'm going on an exchange semester in America, I would like to sublet my room from August/September to January/February.
The available room is approximately 16 m² in size and gets plenty of natural light thanks to its two windows (one of them overlooking the courtyard). It is located on the upper floor of our shared apartment and comes fully furnished. The bed, desk, wardrobe, Kallax shelf, and other items are all available for your use. The wardrobe is situated in the "entrance area" of my room on the upper floor (see pictures).

- 4/5 Bim in 7 Gehminuten erreichbar
- Geidorfplatz mit zahlreichen Anschlussmöglichkeiten in 5 Gehminuten verfügbar
- Die Universität ist in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar und in 5 min mit dem Rad.
- Die TU Campusse "neue Technik" und "alte Technik" in 12 min und 8 min mit dem Rad.
- Spar und Billa in 5 Gehminuten, Hofer in 5 Radminuten erreichbar.
- Stadtpark und Schlossberg 2 min entfernt.
Mein Fahrrad würde für den Zeitraum in Graz bleiben und kann gerne ausgeliehen werden.

The apartment is situated in a fantastic location:
- Grabenstraße bus stop (lines 41, 58, 63) is only 150 m away.
- Bus lines 58 and 63 take just a few minutes to reach the train station and the University of Graz. Line 63 also goes to the TU (Technical University of Graz) Campus Infeldgasse.
- Tram lines 4 and 5 can be reached within a 7-minute walk.
- Geidorfplatz, with numerous connections, is a 5-minute walk away.
- The main University is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride away.
- The TU campuses "alte Technik" (Rechbauerstraße 12) and "neue Technik" (Petersgasse) can be reached by bike in 8 and 12 minutes, respectively.
- Spar and Billa supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk, and Hofer is a 5-minute bike ride away.
- Stadtpark and Schlossberg are just 2 minutes away.
My bicycle will remain in Graz during that time and can be borrowed if you'd like.
In der WG würdest du mit Florian und Martin zusammenleben.
Wir sind eine unkomplizierte, unternehmungslustige und flexible WG, bei der Sauberkeit, Ordnung und gegenseitige Toleranz wichtig sind. Wir kochen gerne gemeinsam, essen zusammen und haben gemütliche Abende, wenn alle damit einverstanden sind ;).
Übrigens ist es nicht das erste Mal, dass jemand aus unserer WG ein Auslandssemester macht. Letztes Mal haben Flo und ich mit Eva aus Tschechien ein halbes Jahr zusammen gewohnt. Wir haben es sehr genossen und sind immer noch in Kontakt.
Martin ist seit diesem Herbst bei uns in der WG, nachdem er zwei Jahre in Venezuela Deutsch und Geschichte unterrichtet hat. Er arbeitet jetzt als Lehrer in Graz und studiert nebenbei Sport auf Lehramt als drittes Unterrichtsfach.
Flo studiert Elektrotechnik-Toningenieur und arbeitet als Ton- und Veranstaltungstechniker.
Beide betreiben gerne Sport aller Art, neue MitspielerInnen für Volley- oder Fußball sind immer willkommen.
In der Wohnung haben wir auch 2 Couches, die Platz für Übernachtungsgäste bieten.

You would be sharing the apartment with Florian and Martin.
We have an easy-going, adventurous, and flexible flatshare, where cleanliness, tidiness, and mutual tolerance are important to us. We enjoy cooking and eating together, as well as cozy evenings, as long as everyone is on board ;).
By the way, it's not the first time someone from our flatshare has gone on an exchange semester. Last time, Flo and I lived together with Eva from Czech Republic for half a year. We really enjoyed it and are still in touch.
Martin joined our flatshare this autumn after spending two years teaching German and History in Venezuela. He now works as a teacher in Graz and is studying Sports as a third subject alongside his teaching degree.
Flo is studying Electrical Engineering and Sound Engineering while working as a sound and event technician.
Both of them enjoy various sports, and new players for volleyball or football are always welcome.
We also have two couches in the apartment that can accommodate overnight guests.
