Hallo!
Da meine Mitbewohnerin leider auszieht, suche ich eine neue Person für das zweite WG-Zimmer. Dieses wird ab 1.10. frei, bei Bedarf aber auch an einem früheren Termin.
Das Zimmer ist etwas mehr als 20m² groß, teilweise möbliert, westseitig und mit Blick ins Grüne. Wir sind im siebten Stock, zwei Balkone, Blumen- und Gemüsebeete gibt es auch :-)
Bett, Kasten, Schreibtisch und Sessel sind im Inventar des Zimmers dabei.
Die Miete beträgt derzeit 330€ inklusive BK und Strom.
Die Wohnung ist in Geidorf neben der Wirtschaftskammer, also nicht weit von der Uni und der Innenstadt aber schon am Anfang vom Grünen :) Wir fahren meistens mit dem Fahrrad, Öffis gibt es aber auch gleich bei der Wohnung (die Busse 39 und 62 sind drei Minuten entfernt, der Bus 41 und Straßenbahnen 3 und 5 fünf bis zehn Minuten zu Fuß).
Zu mir: Ich bin 25 Jahre alt und studiere Angewandte Ethik; vor drei Jahren bin ich für die Arbeit als Logopädin nach Graz gezogen, bin derzeit aber in Bildungskarenz.
Ich bin sehr gesellig und gerne unterwegs, entweder zum Sporteln in der Natur oder beim Erkunden neuer Orte, genieße aber auch mal einen gemütlichen Abend zuhause. Mir ist es wichtig, dass die WG keine reine Zweck- WG ist, sondern wir uns auch gut austauschen und eine gute Zeit verbringen können.
Falls dich die Beschreibung anspricht, freu ich mich über deine Nachricht! (Das Einzugsdatum ist wie gesagt auch individuell verhandelbar.)

Hi!
Since my roommate is moving out, I am looking for a new person for the second room. This room will be available from October, 1st, but if necessary also on an earlier date.
The room is a little more than 20m², furnished, west-facing and with a view of the greenery. We are on the seventh floor with two balconies plus flower and vegetable beds :-)
Bed, cupboard, desk and chair are included in the inventory of the room.
The rent is currently 330€ including operating costs, electricity and internet.
Location
The apartment is in Geidorf next to the Chamber of Commerce; not far from the university and the city centre but already at the beginning of the green :) We mostly go by bike, but there is also public transport right by the apartment (buses 39 and 62 are three minutes away, bus 41 and tram 3 and 5 five to ten minutes walk).
Shared flat life
About me: I am 25 years old and study Applied Ethics; three years ago I moved to Graz to work as a speech therapist but I am currently on educational leave.
I am very sociable and like to be out and about, either playing sports in nature or exploring new places, but also enjoy a cosy evening at home sometimes. It is important to me that the shared flat is not a pure community of purpose, but that we can also have good talks and have a good time.
