Da ich ab Februar für ein Auslandssemester in Spanien bin, wird mein super WG-Zimmer zur Untermiete frei! Es ist circa 17 m2 groß und möbliert mit Doppelbett, großem Schrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode und Leseecke.(siehe Fotos). Am Vormittag scheint die Sonne herein und man sieht direkt auf die Universitäts-Bibliothek.
Die Miete beträgt mit allem (Strom, Heizung, Internet) 425 €. Sie ist ab Februar beziehbar.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 130m2, inklusive Garderobe, einem riesigen Gang (perfekt für Beerpong o. ä.), Küche, Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne, Waschmaschine, WC und noch ein extra WC. Außerdem gibt es ein Kellerabteil und einen gemeinsamen Fahrradabstellplatz im Innenhof. Der Balkon zeigt in den Innenhof, dh du hast morgens Sonne im Zimmer und nachmittags/abends am Balkon. Der Garten im Innenhof kann mitverwendet werden.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht: Mikrowelle, Gefrierschrank, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, … Die Küche ist auch meistens der Ort für Spieleabende, gemeinsames Essen oder zum Tratschen (kleiner Tipp: hier gibt’s den Gossip!) Es gibt aber auch ein kleines „Wohnzimmer“ mit Couch, was am Gang anschließt.
As I will be spending a semester abroad in Spain from the beginning of February, my room in a shared apartment is available for sublet! It is about 17 m2 and furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and reading corner (see photos). In the morning, the sun shines in and you have a direct view of the university library.
The rent including everything (electricity, heating, internet) is 425 €. It is available from February.
The flat has a total of 130m2, including a cloakroom, a huge corridor (perfect for Beerpong or similar), kitchen, bathroom with shower, bathtub, washing machine, toilet and an extra toilet. There is also a cellar compartment and a shared bicycle storage space in the courtyard. The balcony faces the inner courtyard, so you have sun in your room in the morning and on the balcony in the afternoon/evening. The garden in the courtyard can also be used.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: Microwave, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, ... The kitchen is also usually the place for game nights, eating together or a chat. But there is also a small "living room" with a couch, which connects to the hallway.

Die Lage ist einer der größten Vorteile der Wohnung, sie befindet sich direkt im Uni-Viertel! Zur Universitäts-Bibliothek braucht man 1, zum Hauptgebäude 3 Gehminuten und zum Hauptplatz sind es etwa 18. Vor der Haustüre befindet sich auch eine Busstation und es gibt noch mehr Anschlüsse in der Umgebung.
Natürlich gibt es auch viele Lokale, Cafés, Supermärkte, Clubs usw. um die Ecke.
The location is one of the biggest advantages of the flat! It takes 1 minute to walk to the university library, 3 minutes to walk to the main building and about 18 to the main square. There is also a bus station on the doorstep and there are even more connections in the area.
Of course, there are also many pubs, cafés, supermarkets, clubs etc. around the corner.

Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit sehr liebe WG-Kolleg:innen, die sich über gemeinsame Aktivitäten freuen!
Luzia studiert im Master Global Studies und sagt von sich selbst, dass sie keine Zeit für Hobbys hat - wenn doch fährt sie gerne mit dem Rad, Bouldert oder tratscht mit uns in der Küche.
Jakob studiert Lehramt (Musik und Englisch) und isst am liebsten Bohnen. Er musiziert gerne und treibt viel Sport. Außerdem ist er für jeden WG-Abend mit einem Schrank voller Spiele gerüstet!
Benjamin studiert ebenfalls Lehramt (Musik und GWK) und ist schon die gesamte Studienzeit mit Jakob befreundet, er singt und musiziert und geht gerne Laufen. Auch er ist immer bei einem Spieleabend dabei, vor allem bei Siedler von Catan!

You will share the flat with very nice flatmates who are happy to share activities with you!
Luzia is studying for a Master's degree in Global Studies and says she has no time for hobbies - but when she does, she likes to go cycling, bouldering or chatting with us in the kitchen.
Jakob is studying to be a teacher (music and English) and loves to eat beans. He likes to play music and does a lot of sports. He also has a cupboard full of games for every evening in the flat!
Benjamin is also studying to be a teacher (music and GWK) and has been friends with Jakob for the entire time he has been studying, he sings and plays music and likes to go running. He is also always at a game night, especially Settlers of Catan!
