Die Wohnung hat 120qm mit 7 Zimmern, (Wohn-Küche mit Balkon und Geschirrspüler, Bad (Badewanne und Waschmaschine), WC + 4 WG-Zimmer) mit Fußball- und freien Tennisplätze vor der Türe.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, wenige Minuten von der TU Graz als auch von der Innenstadt entfernt. Die All-inclusive Miete beträgte 310 Euro und inkludiert Betriebskosten, Internet und TV!
