Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Obergeschoss und hat insgesamt 3 getrennt begehbare Zimmer, einen Vorraum, Küche mit Geschirrspüler und netten Essbereich, einen Abstellraum, WC und Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Das Zimmer, welches frei wird hat 12 qm, ist sehr hell und gemütlich.
Die Lage ist gold wert! In 3 Minuten zu Fuß ist man bei der Hauptuni. Um die Ecke ist das Spar, sämtliche Lokale, die Bank, Apotheke ect. Auch der Stadtpark ist sehr sehr nahe und die Buslinie 63 ist wenige Meter entfernt.
Meine Mitbewohner sind sehr offene, tolerante und kontaktfreudige Personen. Zum einen lebt eine 22 jährige Lehramtsstudentin und ein 27 jähriger Lehramtsabsolvent in der Wohnung. Wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut und mein/e Nachfolger/in soll a nette/r und offene/r Mitbewohner/in sein.
Der absolute Pluspunkt ist die Lage von der Wohnung. Man ist mitten im Geschehen und erreicht in Kürze alles was man braucht.
