As the whole flat (and our hearts by the way), the room is enormously big (around 30 m”), and it has two windows. The room is generally furnished.
The flat also includes a huge kitchen (provided with oven, microwave and a huge cupboard), toilet and, most importantly, a quite comfy tub, a big and cozy living room, two balconies – a romantic and a gossip one-, and some hidden treasures, including a battery, some thousands of Veit Club CDs and several tubes of coloured paint. But what we recommend most of all is you just come over and have a coffee with us.

Wir haben diese enorm riesige Wohnung und im Juli ist da ein enorm riesiges Zimmer frei. Wir sind ganz nette Menschen, die Spaß haben am gemeinschaftlichen Leben - übliche WG-Sachen mit möglicherweise unüblicher Würze. Ansonsten tun wir arbeiten, studieren, disertieren, desertieren sowieso... Es gibt alles was man braucht - von der Spühlmaschine bis zum Toaster, eine Küche und ein Wohnzimmer, zwei Balköner, Klo und Bad...
Jedenfalls sind wir schon sehr gespannt auf dich und freuen uns, wenn du dich mal anschauen lässt!
As it is located in the midst of St. Leonhard, our flat offers short distances to the TU (Technical University) Graz, the KUG (University of Arts), the KFU (University of Graz) as well as to public transportation (3 - 5 mins towards two different tram lines). Furthermore, you will find local grocery stores just around the corner, the farmers market on Kaiser-Josef Platz in walking distance and the famous Memo kebap and falafel place as soon as you are hungover your first time in your new accomodation.
We are looking for a new flatmate to share meals, ideas, stuff with… and our HUGE apartment with.
We, that’s Jonas, 29, enjoys and produces squeaky interferences on a university-level. Besides a bunch of other events, he is the CEO of our WG-hostility-project.
Annachiara, 24, speaks fluently 2000 languages, uni student, yoga teacher and vegan cook. Her hobbies include poker gambling on full moon nights, and organic fortune telling. She is the WG's Finance Minister.
Kai, 14-50? - we don’t really know his age, can look like a reliable doctor, he probably is. Weird taste in youtube videos, nevertheless he is really funny.
The kitchen is our favourite common space, as we all love cooking. We sometimes watch movies and play cards together. The atmosphere is generally veery relaxed.
The rent is 425 EUR, including space heating, electricity, insurance and internet.
