Das Zimmer ist momentan noch bewohnt und auch eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung werde ich mitnehmen also übergebe ich eine ~7m*3m Zimmer mit langen schönen Balken.
Zimmer in Richtung Garten (Norden) und mit schöner Aussicht. Natürlich ist es vom Gang separat begehbar.

Das Haus ist an der Elisabethstraße, aber keines Wegs laut, da man einen großen Garten (den die Vermieter leider nicht teilen) zwischen Haus und Straße hat.
Die KFU ist zu Fuß in 5min erreichbar, die Straßenbahn (1/7) in 5min und Busse auch in 5 min(58, 41, 63, 64, 31...).
Banken, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bars, Kaffees und so auch in der Nähe(Zinsendorfgasse)
The house is on the Elisabethstraße, but not at all noisy, because you have a large garden (which the landlords unfortunately do not share) between the house and the street.
The KFU is within walking distance in 5min, the streetcar (1/7) in 5min and buses also in 5 min(58, 41, 63, 64, 31...).
Banks, grocery stores, bars, coffees and so also nearby(Zinsendorfgasse).
Wir sind 5 Freunde und leben seit 1 1/2 Jahre zusammen in der WG. Sind alle schon am Arbeiten und nebenbei studieren auch alle. (2 Chemie Master, 1 NawiTech Master und eine Physik Bachelor Studentin)
Tagsüber sind wir meistens unterwegs und sitzen gern am Wochenende zusammen/ schauen zusammen Filme oder spielen gerne. Haben auch manchmal Parties und Freunde zu Besuch.
We are 5 friends and live together for 1 1/2 years in the shared apartment. All of us are already working and all of us are studying at the same time. (2 chemistry masters, 1 NawiTech master and a physics bachelor student).
During the day we are mostly out and about and like to sit together on weekends/watch movies together or play games. We also have parties and friends over sometimes.
Wir haben eine sehr schöne sonnige Terrasse(20m²) und einen zweiten Balkon der von der Küche zu begehen ist.
Die Vermieter wohnen zwei Stöcke unter uns und sind sehr nett und es lässt sich alles mit ihnen problemlos besprechen.
Zwei WCs, großer Gang, liebe MitbewohnerInnen.
We have a very nice sunny terrace (20m²) and a second balcony that is accessible from the kitchen.
The landlords live two floors below us and are very nice and it is easy to discuss everything with them.
Two toilets, large hallway, lovely roommates.
