Die WG teilst du dir mit einer Diana angehenden Psychologiestudentin, Marian Informatik Student und ALex ein Ing. der bei Magner arbeitet im Alter zwischen 21 -23. Die WG liegt im dritten Stock DG.
Wir haben Waschmaschiene und Geschirrspüler, Bad und WC sind getrennt. Alte Technik, ein Spar, sowie Bim-Station sind je 2 min, die KFU und das Stadtzentrum je 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Warmmiete inkl. Strom, Versicherung, Internet beläuft sich auf 315€/Monat, die Kaution auf 800€.

Since I have my own apartment, I am nowlooking for a new tenant for my centrally located, bright 15m2 room in a shared flat with a view of the park (city park) on Glacisstraße near Maiffredygasse.
WG life
You share the apartment with a Diana prospective psychology student, Marian computer science student and ALex an engineer who works at Magner between the ages of 21 and 23. The flat share is on the third floor DG.
We have washing machine and dishwasher, bathroom and toilet are separate. Old technology, a Spar and a tram station are each 2 minutes away, the KFU and the city center are each a 10-minute walk away.
The rent including electricity, insurance, internet is €315/month, the deposit is €800.
