Cosy WG room in 4 WG Gemütliches WG-Zimmer in 4er WG

Our apartment is located in Gries, directly above the city library, about two minutes from the Kunsthaus. So best connection to the city center, with the bim, the bus, on foot or by bike.
From November, we also get a Bim station almost in front of the front door, which further improves the connection.
In the courtyard we also have a bicycle parking space, which can of course be used by all.
In the surrounding area you will find everything you need for daily life, supermarkets, drugstores and various restaurants and cafes.

Unsere Wohnung liegt in Gries, direkt über der Stadtbibliothek, ungefähr zwei Minuten vom Kunsthaus entfernt. Also beste Anbindung in die Innenstadt, mit der Bim, dem Bus, zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad.
Ab November bekommen wir auch ein Bim Station quasi vor der Haustür, was die Anbindung noch weiter verbessert.
Im Innenhof haben wir auch einen Fahrradabstellplatz, der natürlich von allen genutzt werden kann.
In der Umgebung findet sich alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht, Supermärkte, Drogerien und diverse Restaurants und Cafés.

Our WG is just a bit in the break, as three people will get out.
From summer, Matthias and Raphi would live in the apartment. That's what we're looking for.
Matthias: I'm currently studying Teaching Office (History and PuP) and doing my Bachelor's degree. I've been living in the WG for three years. I'm often on my way, at university or at work. But even if you like sports in the evening, you'll also be happy with friends in the city.
Raphi: Re-enters into the apartment, he also studies the faculty (history and German) and is often on the go especially at sport. But also at university and regularly at work on weekends.

Unsere WG befindet sich gerade etwas im Umbruch, da drei Leute ausziehen werden.
Ab Sommer würden Matthias und Raphi fix in der Wohnung leben. Das heißt wir suchen noch zwei weitere Mibewohner:innen.
Matthias: Ich studiere Momentan Lehramt (Geschichte und PuP) und mache gerade meinen Bachelorabschluss. Ich wohne schon seit drei Jahren in der WG. Untertags bin ich oft unterwegs, an der Uni oder in der Arbeit. Aber auch gern bei Sport am Abend bin auch gern mal mit Freunden in der Stadt.
Raphi: Zieht neu in die Wohnung ein, er studiert ebenfalls Lehramt (Geschichte und Deutsch) und ist auch oft unterwegs besonders beim Sport. Aber auch in der Uni und regelmäßig am Wochenende in der Arbeit.

As roommates, we are looking for someone who is open and willing to enter our WG life. In recent years, we have always had an open door for all our friends: both inside and family and would like to keep it that way. Of course, the one or the other party must not be missed. But in the apartment there is also enough opportunity to withdraw and learn or just be for yourself.

Als Mitbewohner:innen suchen wir jemanden der offen ist und Lust hat sich in unser WG Leben einzubringen. Wir hatten in den letzten Jahren immer eine offene Tür für alle Freund:innen und Familie und würden das auch gerne so beibehalten. Auch die ein oder andere Party darf natürlich nicht fehlen. Aber in der Wohnung gibt es auch genug Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen und zu lernen oder einfach mal nur für sich zu sein.
