In unserer WG ist ein helles 12qm großes Zimmer shon frei. Es ist Bestandteil einer 3-er WG. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im mulkti-kulti Bezirk Gries (8020 Graz). Bank, sowie Billa, Lidl und sontiges, sind direct bei uns. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür
Zu Fuß ist man in maximal 15 min an der TU, 5 min in der Altstadt und 20 min zur KF. Mit dem Fahrrad brauch man keine 7-8 Minuten zur TU und 10-12 zu KF.
Über den Flur gelangt man in das Badezimmer mit Dusche, ein Vorratsraum mit Waschmaschine, die Toilette, sowie das Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche.
Die WG besteht aus 2 freundlichen Mitbewohnern (Architecturstudenten). Es werden gerne Sachen zusammen gemacht wie gekocht oder x-box gespielt. Auch sitzt man Abends mal gemütlich zusammen auf dem Sofa und schaut fernsehn und unterhält sich. Wir sind unkompliziert, tolerant, kommunikativ und ehrlich.
