Unsere Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und hat drei große Zimmer.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat 20 m², ist sehr hell und auf den Innenhofseite, also auch sehr ruhig.
Es ist teilmöbliert, mit einem Bettsofa, einem Schreibtisch, Schreibtischsessel, Bücherregal und einem Kleiderschrank.
Ansonsten gibt es eine Küche mit viel Stauraum, ein Esszimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein extra Klo.
Direkt vor unserer Haustüre ist die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Dornschneidergasse, die von der 5er Bim befahren wird. (Direktverbindung zur pädagogischen Hochschule!) Innerhalb 10 Minuten ist man am Jakominiplatz.
Weiters gibt es ein paar hundert Meter entfernt die Haltestelle Zentralfriedhof, die von mehreren Bussen befahren wird, und die nächste S-Bahn Station ist nur 4 Straßenbahnhaltestellen entfernt.
Im Gebiet um die Wohnung ist freies Parken für Autos, Mopeds etc. angesagt!
Zu Fuß erreichbar sind ein Billa, Lidl, McDonalds, Stadtbücherei...
