Die gesamte Wohnung ist neu renoviert und das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert. Neben den einzelnen Zimmern gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsraum (Esszimmer), Küche sowie eine große Loggia(10qm). Die von jeden benützt werden kann. Bad und WC sind getrennt, eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, E- Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler.
Das Haus ist thermisch saniert und hat neue Fenster, mit Rollläden. Es gibt einen Hauseigenen großen Parkplatz, für alle Bewohner und einen Fahrradkeller, zwei Aufzüge und einen Garten.

The entire apartment is newly renovated and the room is furnished. Besides the rooms there is a common room (dining room), kitchen and a large loggia (10sqm). The can be used by everyone. Bathroom and toilet are separated, with a washing machine. The kitchen has an electric stove, oven and dishwasher.
The house is newly renovated and has new windows with shutters. It’s an own large parking in front of the house and a bicycle cellar, two elevators and a garden.
Die Wohnung ist trotz Nähe zur Triester Straße sehr ruhig. Zu den Öffis (Linie 39, 50, 67) braucht man zu Fuß 2min. (200m). Der Radweg geht direkt beim Haus vorbei. Man braucht mit den Rad 10 min zur FH, Tu und 16min zur Kf-Uni.
Billa und Hofer sind zu Fuß in 5min zu erreichen. Pizzeria ist vor den Haus, der Kebab-Laden nicht viel weiter entfernt.

The flat is in spite close to main road very quiet. To the public transport (line 39, 50, 67) you need 2min walk. (200m). The bike trail goes right by the house. It takes by bike, 10min to the FH, Tu and 16min to the Kf- Uni.
Billa and Hofer (groceries shops) are reached by foot in 5 minutes. Pizzeria is before the House, the kebab shop is not much further away.
Mein Mitbewohner (Philipp, 31) studiert Verfahrenstechnik an der TU. Seine Freizeit verbringt er zum Großteil draußen, meistens mit Klettern oder Skiing. Wenn es sich am Ende von Tag noch ausgeht, geht er ab und zu auch zum Slacklinen in den Augarten Park, der nicht weit entfernt ist. In der Wohnung ist Rauchverbot, allerdings kann gerne am Balkon geraucht werden. Gerne wird auch zusammen gekocht, wenn alle hungrig sind. Das WG Leben sollte schon ein miteinander sein, nicht ein nebeneinander. Gesprochen wird Deutsch und Englisch.

My flatmate (Philipp, 31) is studying process engineering at the TU. He spends most of his free time outside, mostly climbing or skiing. When the day is over, he also goes slacklining from time to time in the Augarten Park, which is not far away. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony. It is also nice to cook together when everyone is hungry. The WG life should be with each other, not next to each other. The language spoken is German and English.
Da ich für das kommende Semester ins Ausland gehe, würde ich mein WG Zimmer in der Zeit gerne zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung stellen. Das Zimmer wäre nach Absprache im Zeitraum von ca. August/September 2020 bis Februar 2021 verfügbar.
