In unserer 5er WG werden ab 1. Juni zwei Zimmer frei, ein großes mit ca. 24 m² und ein kleines mit 10 m². Beide Zimmer sind generell sehr hell und hoch. Sie sind ausgestattet mit großen Fenstern, einer Zentralheizung und sehr dunklen Rollos. Der Ausblick des großen Zimmers verläuft über die Dächer von Graz, wo man jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang bewundern kann. Im kleinen Zimmer hat man Morgen bzw. Mittagssonne in Richtung des Innenhofs. Es gibt das ganze Jahr über Sonne. Es ist sehr ruhig, da keine stark befahrene Straßen in der Nähe sind und auch die Nachbarwohnungen hört man kaum. Die Zimmer sind im Winter warm und im Sommer bleibt es angenehm kühl. Teile der Einrichtung (z.B. Die Komode und das Sofa) können übernommen werden, dazu dann persönlich gern mehr Info.
Die Zimmer können getrennt oder zusammen vermietet werden. Das große Zimmer kostet 384 € warm und das kleine 210€ warm.
In our 5-person shared flat two rooms will be available from June 1, one large with about 24 m² and one small with 10 m². Both rooms are generally very bright and high. They are equipped with large windows, central heating and very dark blinds. The view of the big room is over the roofs of Graz, where you can admire the sunset every evening. In the small room you have morning or midday sun in the direction of the courtyard. There is sun all year round. It is very quiet because there are no busy streets nearby and you can hardly hear the neighboring apartments. The rooms are warm in winter and in summer it stays pleasantly cool. Parts of the furniture (e.g. the chest of drawers and the sofa) can be taken over, more information about this in person.
The rooms can be rented separately or together. The large room costs 384 € warm and the small 210€ warm.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich wirklich im Herzen von Graz. In 2 Minuten ist man am Südtirolerplatz (und hat somit auch eine sehr gute Öffi-Anbindung) und auch zum Hauptplatz, Lend- oder Griesplatz kann man super zu Fuß gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Bad zur Sonne, die Stadtbibliothek und vieles mehr befinden sich auch direkt ums Eck.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Allgemein hat die Wohnung 134 qm2, die sich in fünf getrennt begehbare Zimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank usw.) und getrenntes Bad und Klo sowie einen großen Gang aufteilt. Bad und Klo haben beide ein Fenster, außerdem gibt's Badewanne und Dusche. Von der Küche aus kommt man auch in eine kleine Speiß und auf den geschützten, gemütlichen Balkon, der in den Innenhof geht.
Our flat is situated in the very heart of Graz. Within two minutes you reach Südtirolerplatz and places like Hauptplatz, Lend- or Griesplatz are really close as well. The public transport connection is also really good! Super close are supermarkets, the Bad zur Sonne (public swimming pool) or a library.
The flat is in a calm small street and has around 134 m². Furthermore there are 5 seperate rooms, a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, etc.), bathroom and toillett (seperate). Both have a window and there is a shower and a bathtub. From the kitchen you reach a small storeroom and our cozy little balcony, which goes to the inner courtyard.
Wir, das sind Georg (26), Franziska (34) und Sam (27), sind alle berufstätig und ziemlich entspannt und unkompliziert. Georg ist aus Kärnten, Franziska aus Deutschland und Sam aus Indien. Man kann unsere WG am Besten als 'halb-gemeinschaftlich bezeichnen ;) Jeder führt sein eigenes Leben, aber wir quatschen gerne oder sitzen am Balkon zusammen - gerne auch mal mit Bier oder Wein. Gerne sitzen wir auch 1-2 mal im Monat zusammen und spielen Karten oder Brettspiele. Außerdem teilen wir Dinge wie Grundnahrungsmittel, Waschmittel oder Kräuter vom Balkon.
We, that is Georg (26), Franziska (34) and Sam (27), are all working and pretty relaxed and uncomplicated. Georg is from Carinthia, Franziska from Germany and Sam from India. Our WG can best be described as 'semi-communal ;) Everyone lifes his own life, but we like to chat or sit together on the balcony - sometimes with beer or wine. We also like to sit together 1-2 times a month to play cards or board games. We also share things like basic food, detergent or herbs from the balcony.
