I am looking for a flatmate for a 16 meters square room in a 2-people apartment-share. The room is cozy and sunny throughout the year with big windows. The room will be unfurnished, so you can bring your own furniture of choice :)
We have one toilet + one bathroom. A rather spacious kitchen with everything you'd need.
The kitchen has a big balcony which you will have for your private use since I have another balcony for myself :)

Ich suche eine/einen Mitbewohner*in für ein 16m^2 Zimmer in einer 2er WG. Das Zimmer ist das ganze Jahr über gemütlich und sonnig. Das Zimmer wird leer sein, so dass du deine eigenen Möbel deiner Wahl mitbringen kannst :)
Wir haben eine Toilette + ein Badezimmer. Eine ziemlich geräumige Küche mit allem, was du brauchst.
Die Küche hat einen großen Balkon, den du für deinen privaten Gebrauch haben wirst, da ich einen anderen Balkon für mich habe :)

The apartment is close to Griesplatz and is well-connected.
Citypark (shopping complex), Interspar, Billa, and Lidl can be reached on foot within 5 to 10 minutes. Two bus stops are a minute's walk away, also with direct lines to the university (Bus Linie 31).
The city center and the Augarten can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The small 'Overseepark' is also very close by, less than 4 minutes away.

Die Wohnung liegt nahe dem Griesplatz und ist gut angebunden.
Der Citypark, Interspar, Billa und Lidl sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 bis 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Zwei Bushaltestellen liegen in 1 Fußminuten Entfernung, auch mit Direktlinie zur Uni (Bus Linie 31).
Die Innenstadt und der Augarten sind zu Fuß in einer Viertelstunde erreichbar. Ganz in der Nähe ist auch der kleine Overseepark, keine 4 Minuten entfernt.

I am currently studying, whilst I also work as a software developer. This means I often find myself busy between these two things.
I cook often (mostly vegan/vegetarian) and would love to share time and food in the kitchen :)
I am quiet and clean in general, and it would be nice if our frequencies match :)

The room is available from 1st of January and the rent is 413 EUR and it includes everything (heating, power, internet).
Should we both decide to make an agreement, you and I will enter into a fresh contract with our landlady. The contract comes with a notice period of 3 months.
The landlady is very nice and accommodating, we've only had positive experiences with her ;)
I speak Polish, English, and German but you can expect deeper conversations with me if we speak English/Polish, as my German is still a work in progress.

Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. Januar verfügbar und die Miete beträgt 413 EUR und beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten (Heizung, Strom, Internet).
Sollten wir uns beide zu einer Einigung kommen, wirst du und ich einen neuen Vertrag mit unserer Vermieterin abschließen. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 3 Monaten abgeschlossen.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wir haben nur positive Erfahrungen mit ihr gemacht ;)
Ich spreche Polnisch, Englisch und Deutsch, aber du kannst tiefere Gespräche mit mir erwarten, wenn wir Englisch/Polnisch sprechen, da mein Deutsch noch in Arbeit ist.
Falls du Fragen hast, immer raus damit. Ich freue mich auf deine Anfrage.
