Zimmer in Haus-WG mit Garten zur Zwischenmiete (März-Sept)

Unser Haus liegt direkt hinter der S-Bahn Station Don Bosco mit super Öffi-Anbindung in die Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof. Supermärkte sowie das Einkaufszentrum Citypark sind auch nur einen Sprung entfernt.

Our house is located directly behind the S-Bahn station Don Bosco with excellent public transport connections to the city center and the main train station. Supermarkets and the shopping center Citypark are also just a short walk away.

Unser WG-Zusammenleben ist sehr familiär und herzlich. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, im Sommer im Garten unter unserem Marillenbaum, im Winter im Wohnzimmer auf unserer Couch. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten, wie Kochen und Essen (vorwiegend vegan), Musizieren, Gartenarbeit, Heimwerken, Spieleabende, gemeinsames Rätsel lösen und Puzzle bauen sind ebenso Teil unserer Freizeit wie sich allein ins Zimmer zurückzuziehen.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner:innen sind Philipp, Florian, Petra und Mali (Hund).
Philipp (32) spielt Cello, bäckt das beste Brot der Welt, verbringt viel Zeit auf der Highline und in der Werkstatt und ist generell ein ziemlicher Tausendsassa. Florian (43) liebt Bücher, Rätsel und Gesellschaftsspiele, nutzt den Kellerraum für regelmäßiges Systema-Training (Kampfkunst) und interessiert sich zurzeit sehr für die Tier- und Pflanzenwelt. Petra (26) ist an ihren freien Tagen viel draußen unterwegs zum Klettern, zaubert köstliche (vegane) Torten und Pralinen, und werkelt gerne im Garten wenn sie die Zeit dazu findet. Ihr Hund Mali wird von allen heiß geliebt und hat mittlerweile durchaus Genuss daran gefunden, sich von uns streicheln und knuddeln zu lassen.

Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir einander vertrauen können und uns miteinander vorbehaltlos wohlfühlen. Dafür ist eine gute, offene Gesprächsbasis wichtig.

Our WG life is very familiar and cordial. We like to spend time together, in summer in the garden under our apricot tree, in winter in the living room on our couch. Common activities such as cooking and eating (mainly vegan), making music, gardening, DIY, game nights, solving crossword puzzles together and building jigsaw puzzles are just as much a part of our free time as spending alone-time in our room.
Your future roommates will be Philipp, Florian, Petra and Mali (dog).
Philipp (32) plays the cello, bakes the best bread in the world, spends a lot of time on the highline and in the workshop and is generally quite a jack-of-all-trades. Florian (43) loves books, puzzles and board games, uses the basement room for regular Systema training (martial arts) and is currently very into the animal and plant world. Petra (26) spends a lot of time outdoors climbing in summer, whips up delicious (vegan) cakes and pralines, and enjoys working in the garden when she can find the time. Her dog Mali is dearly loved by all and over time has found pleasure in being petted and cuddled by us.
It is important to us that we can trust each other and feel comfortable with each other without any reservations. For this, a good, open basis for conversation is important to us.
