Unsere schöne WG befindet sich in der ersten Etage. Es ist ein sehr gemütlicher Ort, wo man gleich wie zu Hause sich fühlen kann. In unserer Wohnung gibt es 4 Zimmer - Tessa, Magda, Marlene und Annija, jede von uns hat ihr eigenes Zimmer.
Da Annija neue Herausfordeungen im Leben hat, suchen wir eine neue Mitbewohnerin/einen neuen Mitbewohner.
Das Zimmer ist 29m2 groß. Möbel können gerne bei Bedarf gegen eine kleine Ablöse dagelassen werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße, es ist sehr ruhig in der Nacht.
In den genannten Kosten ist alles enthalten (alles zusammen monatlich inklusiv WLAN, Strom, Miete kostet es 499 Eur)

Our beautiful WG is located on the first floor. It is a very cozy place that immediately feels like home. In our flat, there are 4 rooms - Tessa, Magda, Marlene, and Annija. Each of us has our room.
As Annija has got a new opportunity, we are looking for a new flatmate.
The room is 29m2 big. If you want we can leave the furniture in the room. If not that's no problem at all.
The flat is located on a side street, it is very quiet during the night.
In all the costs mentioned everything is included (Everything together monthly including Wifi, electricity, rent it costs 499 Eur)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage, Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Stadtzentrum ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß, die Lage ist strategisch perfekt - man erreicht alles, was man braucht in kurzer Zeit.

The flat is located in a very central location, the tram station is within 2 minutes' walk. The city center is 5 minutes walk, the location is strategically perfect - you can reach everything you need in a short time.

Unsere WG-Familie besteht aus Marlene, Tessa, Annija und Magda. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und wenn es sich ergibt unternehmen gerne die unterschiedlichsten Dinge zusammen.
> Marlene angehende (Mikro-) Biologin: unsere persönliche 3F-Expertin: Bei Fragen zu Flora, Fauna und Fermentation steht sie dir gerne zur Verfügung.
> Magda studiert E-Health an der FH Joanneum und ist bei einem Koch- oder Spieleabend immer gerne dabei. Sie geht gerne wandern und Skitouren. Neben ihrem Studium hat sie aber auch schon beruflich Fuß gefasst und befindet sich zwei Tage die Woche im Homeoffice.
> Tessa kommt eigentlich aus Salzburg und studiert im 6. Semester an der FH "Soziale Arbeit". Sie verbringt ihre Freizeit gerne mit ihren Freund*innen und ist daher auch viel unterwegs. Wenn sie zuhause ist, hat sie gerne ihre lieben Mitbewohnerinnen um sich und wenn es sich ergibt auch gerne zusammen kocht oder quatscht.
Alle von uns respektieren natürlich aber auch, wenn jemand Ruhe braucht und akzeptieren ebenfalls die Privatsphäre jeder Person. Uns allen ist vor allem das miteinander reden wichtig. Wir schätzen auch ordentliche Menschen, die Wert auf Sauberkeit legen.

Our flat-sharing family consists of Marlene, Tessa, Annija and Magda. We are not a purpose-built flat-sharing family and like to do all kinds of things together when the opportunity arises.
> Marlene is a soon-to-be (micro-) biologist: our personal 3F expert: if you have any questions about flora, fauna and fermentation, she will be happy to help you.
> Magda is studying e-health at the FH Joanneum and is always happy to join us for a cooking or games evening. She enjoys hiking and ski touring. In addition to her studies, she has already found her professional life and works two days a week in her home office.
> Tessa is originally from Salzburg and is in her 6th semester of studying "Social Work" at the University of Applied Sciences. She likes to spend her free time with her friends and therefore is on the move a lot. When she's at home, she likes to have her lovely flatmates around her and, if the opportunity arises, she also likes to cook or chat together.
Of course, all of us also respect when someone needs peace and quiet and accept the privacy of each person. Talking to each other is important to all of us. We also appreciate people who value clean environment around them.
