65qm 2er-WG in bester Lage in der Fußgängerzone von Graz.
Sehr helle Wohnung mit großen Fenstern, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnküche und einem großzügigen modernen Bad.
Küchen- und Haushaltsutensilien sind alle vorhanden incl. Spül- und Waschmaschine.
Das Zimmer ist mit ca. 20qm das größte Zimmer der Wohnung. Es stehen ein Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal und eine Kommode im Zimmer incl. Einbauschrank.
Hauptplatz und Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind zu Fuß in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte befinden sich ebenfalls im direkten Umfeld. Auch mehrere Supermärkte sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
FH und TU sind mit den Öffis 15 Minuten entfernt.
Ruhige Lage, da sich das Gebäude im Hinterhof befindet.
Ich wohne mit meiner Studienkollegin (Informationsdesign) zusammen, jedoch bin ich ab September bis Ende Dezember im Auslandssemester und suche eine Person zur Untermiete.
In der WG kochen wir gerne gemeinsam, veranstalten Film bzw. Spielabende mit Freunden. Meine Mitbewohnerin ist eine offene und unkomplizierte Person, die gerne neue Leute kennenlernt.
