Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 getrennt begehbaren Zimmern, einer modernen Küche, einem großen Vorzimmer, einem Badezimmer und einem getrennten WC und ist somit sehr gut aufgeteilt für eine WG. WLAN ist vorhanden, die Küche wurde neu eingebaut und ist voll ausgestattet. Es gibt sowohl Geschirrspüler als auch Herd, Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle. Die Fenster wurden kürzlich erneuert, die Zimmer haben einen Echtholzparkettboden und sie Wände sind sehr massiv, so dass man kaum einmal etwas von den Mitbewohnern oder Nachbarn hört. Ein überdachter Fahrradabstellplatz befindet sich im grünen Hof, der mitbenützt werden darf.

The flat consists of 3 separately accessible rooms, a modern kitchen, a large anteroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet and is therefore very well divided for a shared flat. There is both dishwasher and stove, washing machine and microwave. The windows have recently been renewed, the rooms have a real wood parquet floor and the walls are very massive, so that you hardly ever hear anything from the roommates or neighbours. A covered bicycle parking space is located in the green courtyard, which may be shared.
Wenigen Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich der Jakominiplatz und der Hauptplatz, wo man eine perfekte Anbindung an jedes öffentliche Verkehrsmittel hat. Auch der Kaiser-Josef-Platz ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, wo täglich ein Bauernmarkt stattfindet und man abends zusammenkommt auf Wein, Aperol, Bier oder anderes. Spar, Billa, DM, Bipa, Apotheken, Arztpraxen, Bars, Restaurants, Cafés und alles, was man sonst noch braucht, sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Trotzdem ist die Straße extrem ruhig, da es eine wenig befahrene Seitenstraße ist!
A few minutes' walk away are Jakominiplatz and the main square, where you have a perfect connection to any public transport. Kaiser-Josef-Platz is also only a few minutes away, where a farmer's market takes place every day and people come together in the evening for wine, Aperol, beer or other. Spar, Billa, DM, Bipa, pharmacies, doctor's offices, bars, restaurants, cafes and everything else you need are in the immediate vicinity.
Nevertheless, the road is extremely quiet as it is a side street with little traffic!
Da es sich um eine internationale WG handelt, ist das Zusammenleben so interessant wie rücksichtsvoll. Der eigene Bereich wird genauso respektiert wie gemeinsamen Aktivitäten. Ayla studiert an der TU, Onat an der KUG, die Atmosphäre ist kosmopolitisch-international, sehr entspannt und aufgeschlossen.

1x pro Woche wird abwechselnd geputzt. Staubsauger und sonstige Küchen- und Wohnungsausstattung ist alles vorhanden und kann gerne mitbenützt werden.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben. Der Mietvertrag wird üblicherweise auf 3 Jahre abgeschlossen, kann jedoch früher aufgelöst und nach Wunsch gerne verlängert werden.
1x per week is brushed alternately. Vacuum cleaner and other kitchen and flat equipment is all available and can be shared.
The room is handed over unfurnished. The lease is usually concluded for 3 years, but can be terminated earlier and extended if desired.
