Es werden 2 Zimmer in unserer WG frei, die gemeinsam oder getrennt vermietet werden können. Die Zimmer sind beide groß und hell (Richtung Südwesten) und haben direkten Zugang zum Balkon, der sich über drei der vier WG-Zimmer streckt (es gibt auch ein kleines Hochbeet).
In einem der Zimmer gibt es ein Hochbett das auch drin bleiben würde, durch die Raumhöhe kann man darunter sogar noch stehen und den Platz deshalb super nutzen.
Welches der beiden Zimmer du gerne hättest kannst du dir gerne selbst aussuchen, wer zuerst kommt hat also die Qual der Wahl ;)
Außer dem Hochbett bleibt nichts in den Zimmern.
Im Preis ist bereits alles inbegriffen, bis hin zum WLAN, es kommt also nichts mehr dazu.

Two big, bright rooms will be available in our flat, the can be rented out together or separate. There is direct balcony access from both rooms. One of the rooms has a bunk bed that you can walk under.
Except for the bed the rooms will be unfurnished.
The price is all-inclusive, there are no extra costs.
Absolute Toplage neben Kaiser-Josef-Platz und Oper, eine Minute zur nächsten Bim-Haltestelle, drei Minuten zum Jakominiplatz. Alle großen Unis sind zu Fuß bzw. mit dem Rad schnell erreichbar. Der Stadtpark ist ebenfalls vor der Haustür.

The flat is situated in the city center of Graz next to the popular Kaiser-Josef-Platz, tram and bus stations are one minute away. You can easily reach all major universities and be in the park in just two minutes by foot.
Deine Mitbewohner wären:
Jakob, studiert Software Engineering und Managment an der TU;
Marlies, studiert Chemie im Master.
Wir freuen uns, wenn du dich auch aktiv ins WG-Leben einbringst und die lange WG-Tradition dieser Wohnung (Studenten-WG seit 2008) weiterführst. Wir sitzen gerne mal auf ein zwei Bier ein bisschen in der Küche zusammen und tratschen oder spielen etwas; aber es hat jeder in seinem Zimmer seinen Rückzugsort. Wie aktiv die WG ist, kannst also auch du gerne mitbeeinflussen :)

You would be living with Jakob who is studying Software engineering an Managment and Marlies who is studying Chemistry.
We like to talk and spend some time in the kitchen every now and then, but your room is also your own quiet space. How active the flat-life is is also your choice ;)
