Hallo Leute,
bald sind unsere zwei Zimmer verfügbar. Die Zimmer liegt in ein perfekte Lage: an Herrengasse, neben ein Spar denen bis 21:00 geöffnet ist, an Jakominiplatz, neben Hauptplatz.
Es ist in ein 5'er WG, eine Multi-Kulti WG: alle sind aus unterschiedlichen Ländern. Wir haben ein riesigen Wohnzimmer zu verfügung und machen gerne Sachen zusammen. Am Wochenende gehen wir oft zusammen fort zum beispiel oder schauen wir zusammen eine Film an. Deine Nächste Mitbewohners sind 1 Jung und 2 Mädels, alle mitte 20.
Kaution ist 650, miete all-inclusive ist 280 pro Monat. Was für die Lage unglaublich niedrig ist.
Wir suchen jemanden ab irgendwann im März(anfang März werde gut sein aber nicht notwendig). Ohne zweck WG! Kontract ist ganz unkompliziert.

Two lovely rooms will be available soon and we’re looking for new flatmates. The rooms lie in a perfect location: against Herrengasse, close to Spar which is opened untill 21:00, against Jakominiplatz, close to Hauptplatz.
It is a appartement for 5 people, a multi-culti appartment: everybody comes from different countries. We have a big living room to our disposal and like to do stuff together. In the weekends we go out together for example or watch movies together. Your flatmates are 1 guys 2 girls and all mid twenties.
Deposit is 650, the rent is 280 all-inclusive per month. What is incredible low, considering the location.
I am looking for someone from somewhere in March (start of March would be the best). No bullshit appartment! Contract is without complications.
