Das Zimmer ist ca 14 m2 und ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Es gibt eine große Kuche wo mann oft kocht und auch ab und zu ein Bier getrunken wird :D. Bad und WC sing getrennt. Die ganze Einrichtung kann für 300 EUR abgenommen werden. Das beinhaltet auch einen Tisch und Stuhl von IKEA die nicht auf den Bildern sind. Der kleiner Schrank, das Bett und Matratze sind alle neuwertig und sind im Preis inkludiert.

The room is about 14 m2 and is a go through room. There is a large kitchen where we often cook and sometimesdrink a cold beer :D. Bathroom and toilet are separate. The furniture can be purchased for 300 EUR. This also includes a table and chair from IKEA that are not in the pictures. The small closet, the bed and mattress are all new and are included in the price.
Es liegt in Unmittelbarer nähe zur Kunstuniversität und ist für ideal für Studierende. Die Straßenbahn ist kaum 3 min entfernt. Der Stadtpark ins nur einen Steinwurf entfernt und es gibt viele Restaurants und Kaffees wo man sich treffen kann.

It is located in the immediate vicinity of the Kunstuniversität and is ideal for students. The tram is barely 3 minutes away. The city park is just a stone's throw away and there are many restaurants and cafes where you can meet.
Das Zusammensein in der WG ist sehr gemütlich und unkompliziert. Wir sind alle sehr nett und hilfreich und helfen dir gerne beim Einzug wie es nur geht! :)

The atmosphere in the flat is very cozy and uncomplicated. We are all very nice and helpful, and happy to help you move in if needed! :)
Es gibt einen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder. Dass Zimmer ist wegen der niedrigen Kosten und perfekte Lage sehr begehrt also schnell zu schnappen wenn sie das Angebot anspricht! :P
