Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert: Bett, Couch, Kommode und Schreibtisch stehen zur Verfügung.
Es handelt sich um ein helles Dachgeschosszimmer mit drei Fenstern (ideal zum Sternebeoachten) und Dachbalken. Von einer Seite aus kann man schön das Treiben auf der Herrengasse beobachten.
Da wir zwei Badezimmer haben, würdest du dir das große Bad nur mit Antonia teilen, fein und unkompliziert.
Neben einem Wohnzimmer haben wir auch einen großen Balkon - der im Sommer ausgiebig genutzt wird.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Kochen und Backen braucht!

The room is fully furnished: bed, couch, desk and closet are available.
It´s in the top floor, has three windows, which makes it bright and friendly and through one of the windows you can enjoy watching what´s going on in the Herrengasse (Graz´ main shopping street).
There are two bathrooms available, so you only have to share yours with one of the roommates.
Apart from a spacious living room, we have a nice balcony, which is basically the living room extension during summer!
The kitchen is well equipped with any utensils you may need.
Wir wohnen im Zentrum von Graz, mitten im Geschehen sozusagen :) Die Unis sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad daher alle schnell erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug (der Spar liegt gleich ums Eck) und durch die Lage zwischen Jakominiplatz und Hauptplatz ist es auch zu den Öffis nicht weit.

The appartment is located in the city center of Graz. Therefore, everything you may need is reachable by foot. Since it is right betweent he two stops "Jakominiplatz" and "Hauptplatz", the connection for public transport is great as well, in case you want to use it.
Die Wohnung würdest du dir teilen mit Franz (Geographiestudent), Lorenz (Pyschologiestudent) und Niklas (macht gerade ein Praktikum hier). Wir haben alle einen recht unterschiedlichen Tagesrythmus, treffen uns aber gerne Montags zum Millionenshow schauen!
