Da ich meine geliebte WG leider verlassen muss, wird mein schönes und sehr großes Zimmer ab 1.1.2021 frei.
Wir sind zurzeit zwei Mädls und zwei Jungs in einer ca. 140 m² großen Wohnung in bester Innenstadtlage.
Location:
- Pestalozzistraße (zw. Jakominiplatz und Mur)
- BIM und Bus Station, Spar/Billa, Restaurants, Bars und der schöne Augarten sind in ca. 3 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Appartement:
- Voll möbliert (Top Zustand)
- Große Küche & Esstisch für 4 Personen
- Balkon (ca. 3m²)
- Großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne
- WC extra
Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist ca. 30m² groß und wirkt durch die Raumhöhe und den großen Fenstern sehr geräumig und hell.
Es können nach Absprache Möbel übernommen werden (z.B die Wohnwand).
Wenn du auf der Suche nach geselligen Mitbewohnern bist, mit denen sich auch mal das ein oder andere Getränk gegönnt wird, melde dich bei uns. An einer Zweck WG ist niemand meiner tollen Mitbewohner interessiert :)
