Hallo! Da ich im Sommersemester 2023 ein Auslandssemester mache, würde ich in dieser Zeit mein Zimmer zwischen-mieten. Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 m² groß und liegt im 2. Stock, der über das Stiegenhaus oder mit dem Lift erreichbar ist. Bei Bedarf würde ich auch einige Möbelstücke ( Bettrahmen, Schränke, usw) im Zimmer lassen, um die Zwischenmiete für den/die neue/n Mieter/in zu vereinfachen. 😊
Die WG besteht aus einem Bad, einer separaten Toilette, einem Balkon und einer Küche/Esszimmer. Die Gemeinschaftsküche enthält Geschirrspüler, Backrohr, Cerankochfeld etc. und viel Stauraum. Die Küche führt auf den ruhigen Balkon in den Innenhof, auf dem auch gut die Sonne genossen werden kann.
Hi! Since I am going abroad for the summer semester of 2023, I am looking for some who wants to rent my WG room for this period of time. The room is 17m² and is located in the second floor, which can be accessed through the stair or the elevator. If you want to I could also leave some of my furniture in the room (such as bed frame or closet) so you do not have the trouble of getting your own. 😊
In the WG there is a bathroom, a separate toilet, a balcony, and a Kitchen/dining room. The flat is equipped with a dish washer, a washing machine, oven, and a lot of space to put your stuff. The Kitchen leads to the balcony where one can enjoy the few in the inner courtyard and the sunshine.
Die WG liegt in der Nähe des Jakominiplatz. Dieser ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt in der Nähe zwei Spars (3 und 5 Minuten zu Fuß), eine Apotheke gleich gegenüber der WG und Restaurants und Kaffes sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Mit dem Rad bin ich in 7 Minuten auf der KF.
The flat is close to Jakomini (3 Minute-walk). Close to the Flat (3-5 Minute-walk) are grocery stores, a pharmacy is right across the street and also restaurant and coffee shops a very close and reachable by foot. By bike you can reach the KF University in 7 minutes.
Unsere WG ist sehr gesellig. Abends und am Wochenende wird oft gemeinsam gegessen, Film angesehen oder Spiele gespielt. Unsere WG unternimmt auch gerne Aktivitäten zusammen (Bouldern usw.). In dieser WG wird man sich nie allein fühlen, denn ist immer jemand da mit dem man etwas unternehmen oder auch nur gemütlich am Balkon sitzen kann. Da unsere WG schon international ist, kann in Deutsch aber auch in Englisch gut kommuniziert werden.
In our WG you will always have fun. In the evenings or on the weekends we often eat together, watch a movie or play games. We also do activities outside of the flat together (Bouldering etc.). In this WG you will never feel lonely and there is always someone to hang out with and have a nice chat on the balcony. Since our WG is international, you can communicate in English or in German.
