There are a total of 4 rooms and currently only 3 live here. Two of the current roommates are moving out from end of September for higher studies.
The rooms available will be 1 room 18m2 (400euros) and 2 rooms 13m2 (325 euros)with of these two having a balcony attached.
Looking for clean roommates to share the apartment with.

It's close to the city center but calm and quiet in here. It's close to the tram as well as bus stop. With a spar, 2 billa and liedl close all within 10 mins by foot
From October onwards, I will be in Upper Austria for half of everyweek. I also work part time here in Graz. Currently looking for new 3 flatmates. It's a very friendly neighborhood as well.
With the current roommates we go out for a few beers and also cook together depending on availability.
