Zu vermieten ist ein schönes Zimmer in einer 5er WG, sehr zentral in der Ballhausgasse 1. Das Zimmer ist voll möbiliert (siehe Fotos), und ist ab 1. Okt zu haben. Damit noch mehr Platz ist hat das Zimmer ein Stockbett, wo entweder (wie bei mir) ein 160cm Bett + Nachtkastl Platz hat oder ein 180 Bett.
Zudem ein eingebauter kleiderschrank, ein 2x kallaxregal inkl boxen, ein kastl für kleinigkeiten, eine musiksitzbox
Die Miete ist 407€ (miete/betriebskosten/Wasser/ Heizung/Strom/Wlan)
Die Wohnung bietet einen kleinen Balkon, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Bad mit getrenntem WC.
Ballhausgasse 1, gleich die Sporgasse hoch, 2min vom Hauptplatz, super anbindung nach allen richtungen,
in 10 min beim Hauptbahnhof
ein spar ist 5min entfernt, alle bim stationen am hauptplatz, zahlreiche bars, caffees, restaurante, die nebengassen ebenfalls, derzeit gleich 1m ein volleyballplatz, der stadtpark von 2 seiten jeweils in 5min erreichbar
