Hallo, ich vermiete mein 20m² großes, helles Zimmer in einer 3er WG, da ich mit dem Studium fertig bin. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, Neutorgasse 50 (8010 Innere Stadt) und ist nur 3 Gehminuten vom Jakominiplatz entfernt, von dort alle Bus- und Straßenbahnverbindungen weg fahren. Ein Spar ist auch nur um die Ecke. Die Wohnung bietet einen Vorraum mit Fensterfront (sehr hell und sonnig), Internet, einen Balkon in den Innenhof und zudem eine voll ausgestattet geräumige Küche mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett und Schreibtisch und ich würde diese Möbel gerne gegen Ablöse im Zimmer lassen (nicht notwendig, könnt gerne eure eigenen Möbel mitnehmen).
Die Miete beträgt 310 Euro im Monat und es ist alles, von Wasser, Strom, Heizung , Müllgebühren und Internet enthalten. Die Wohnung wurde vor zwei Jahr komplett renoviert, damit ist sie wie neu (neuer Fußboden, lärmdichte Fenster, neue Küche, usw.) .
Weiteres Informationen zu den Mitbewohnerinnen: es wohnen noch 2 Studentinnen in der Wohnung, die Madeleine und die Nathalie. Madeleine besucht die Pädagogische Hochschule und Nathalie studiert BWL. Beides sind sehr nette, freundliche und kontaktfreudige Personen.
