Es sind insg. 75m2 bestehend aus einem Bad + einer Wohnküche + 3 Zimmern, von denen mittlere ab ca. mitte Februar frei wird, da ich zurück nach Innsbruck zieh.
Die Zimmer haben alle um die 12m2.

Die Wohnung ist bis 2027 noch Wohnbaugefördert, dadurch kommt man auf die unvergleichliche Miete von 688€ (inkl Heizung). Dazu würden dann noch Strom, Internet und Versicherung kommen. Was man eben so braucht.
Erfahrungsgemäß würde dann jeder auf etwa 270€/Monat kommen.

Einmalig ist eine Kaution von 2000€ (ca. 670€/Person) zu zahlen.

Man ist in 2 Minuten am Jakominiplatz - "Zentraler Umsteigeplatz - Central Transfer Point" ;)
Genauso lang braucht man auch zum nächsten Spar.
Auch in die Innenstadt (sprich Hauptplatz) braucht man nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß.

Öffis, Märkte, Lokale - alles zum greifen nah xD

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner wären Eric und Lukas. Beide sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Küche bietet den Hauptort der Begegnung, da sie etwas größer ist und daher auch als Wohnzimmer genutzt wird.
