Dein Zimmer ist 12 m2 groß, außerdem gehört der kleine Bereich vor der Zimmertür dazu.
Die Wohnung umfasst insgesamt ca. 100 qm und hat eine eigene Küche mit Essbereich, ein geräumiges Badezimmer (mit Waschmaschine), einen Balkon, ein separates WC und einen geräumigen Vorraum. Weiters gibt es einen Garten welcher von allen Bewohnern benutzt werden kann.

Maggie: Ich bin 24 Jahre alt, komme aus Kärnten und studiere Biomedical Engineering im Master. Nebenher arbeite ich Teilzeit bei Infineon und meine restliche Zeit nutze ich hauptsächlich für Sport, Freunde und Netflix 🌞
Christoph: Ich bin 29 Jahre alte und komme aus Oberösterreich. Mache gerade meinen Master in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen an der TU und arbeite Teilzeit für 2-3 Tage die Woche. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gern mit Freunden unterwegs, geh ins Gym oder verbringe meinen Abend mit einem Buch.
Jakob: ich bin 25 und studiere Space Sciences im Master, außerdem bin ich Teil des Aerospace Team Graz und arbeite remote als Softwareentwickler. Ich koche gerne und bin immer für ein nettes Gespräch in der Wohnung zu haben. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne draußen, zum Beispiel zum Laufen, Tennis oder Spikeball spielen oder auch wandern.

Your room would be 12 m2 large and also the little space in front of the door belongs to the room.
The whole appartment is around 100m2 large and there is a separate kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub and washing machine), wc and balcony. There is also a nice garden that everyone in the building can use.
