Hello! Da meine Mitbewohnerin nach Kärnten zieht, bin ich auf der Suche nach einem/einer Mitbewohner:in ab Mai/Juni. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Conrad-von-Hötzendorfstraße nahe Jakominiplatz, ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das freie Zimmer ist 20 m2 groß und dank der drei Fenster und der westlichen Ausrichtung auch im Winter sehr hell. Die Wohnung verfügt über getrenntes Bad und Klo und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Das Herzstück der Wohnung ist der große, schöne Balkon Richtung Innenhof, auf dem es vor allem im Sommer sehr gemütlich ist. Du wirst mit mir (Verena) zusammenwohnen. Ich arbeite als Lehrerin und bin sehr gesellig und würde mich über eine:n Mitbewohner:in freuen, die auch gerne mal in der Wohnung zusammensitzt. Ich freu mich über deine Nachricht!
