Das Zimmer liegt innenhofseitig gleich neben dem Jakominiplatz, wordurch es sehr ruhig. Zusätzlich dazu kann man im Innenhof das Fahrrad sicher abstellen. Außerdem ist man dank der zentralen Lage und der Öffis sehr gut an den Rest von Graz angebunden. Innerhalb von 1 Gehminute hat man mehrere Geschäfte für den Alltag und auch eine Apotheke, was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man krank ist. Zur KF und zur neuen TU in der Petersgasse braucht man zu Fuß ca 15-20 min, weshalb die Lage perfekt für NAWI-Studenten ist (mit dem Rad oder den Öffis gehts natürlich noch schneller).

The room is located on the inner courtyard side right next to Jakominiplatz, making it very quiet. In addition, you can safely park your bike in the inner courtyard. Thanks to the central location and public transport, you are also very well connected to the rest of Graz. There are several stores for everyday needs and a pharmacy within a one-minute walk, which is very practical if you are ill. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the KF and the new TU in Petersgasse, which is why the location is perfect for NAWI students (of course it's even quicker by bike or public transport)

Die Gesamtkosten betragen sich auf 425€ mit Allem (Strom, Wasser, Internet). Das Zimmer würde ich am liebsten möbiliert übergeben, da ich aus Graz wegziehe. Für die Möbel verlange ich keine Ablösegebühr. Das Zimmer kann auch erst ab März bezogen werden, wenn Februar zu früh ist.

The total cost is 425€ including everything (electricity, water, internet). I would prefer to hand over the room furnished, as I am moving away from Graz. I do not charge a transfer fee for the furniture. The room can also be occupied from March, if February is too early.
