Dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster und wirkt durch die Raumhöhe (Altbau) sehr groß. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert. Die Möbel (140er Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal, Kasten, Kommode, Couch, Beistelltisch, zwei Drehstühle) wären gegen eine Ablöse zu übernehmen.

Room & Location
Your future room has two big windows and appears very big because of the high walls (old building). The room is fully furnished. There is a one off payment for the furniture (140cm bed, desk, shelf, wardrobe, sofa, coffee table, two chairs).
Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben der Mur und der Augarten ist auch gleich um's Eck.
Zum Jakominiplatz (alle Straßenbahnlinien) geht man 5 Minuten.
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ein Spar, der 2 Gehminuten entfernt ist.

The flat is very close to the river Mur and also to the park Augarten.
It takes a 5 minutes walk to the Jakominiplatz where all the trams are passing by.
The next supermarket is only 2 minutes away.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind:
*Melanie, 26, freischaffende Kunstgoldschmiedin: Melanie arbeitet als freischaffende Kunstgoldschmiedin in einem kleinen Atelier. Sie ist sehr offen, nett und freut sich über gemeinsame Unternehmungen.
*Matthias, 32, EDV Administrator bei Joanneum Research & TU Student: Matthias arbeitet als EDV Administrator bei Joanneum Research und studiert nebenbei Mathematik an der TU Graz. Er ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Mitbewohner, der immer für gemeinsame Spieleabende zu haben ist.
*Kater Elvis: Elvis ist unsere WG Katze. Er ist ist ein gutmütiger Kater und freut sich über Aufmerksamtkeit ;)
Das WG Leben kannst du sehr gut mitgestalten. Deine Mitbewohner freuen sich immer über gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Wenn du aber mal keine Zeit hast und dich in dein Zimmer zurückziehst, ist das auch kein Problem.
Ruf' doch einfach bei uns an und komm' vorbei, um dir selbst ein Bild zu machen :)

*Matthias, 32, EDP admin at Joanneum Research & TU student: Matthias works as an EDP admin at Joanneum Research and is studying math besides. He is helpful and is very happy about joint board game parties.
*Tom-cat Elvis: Elvis is our lovely flat cat and loves your attention ;)
You are free to join the flat life however you want. Your flatmates are happy if you want to do something together and it is also ok if you want to have your own time in your room.
