Schönes umöbliertes Zimmer mit Blick auf dem Garten. Das Zimmer ist ~ 14m und man bekommt auch den Tisch in der Küche und noch ein IKEA Tisch. Schöne hohe Decke, cool im Sommer, warm im Winter. Hell aber nie heiß im Zimmer. Ich verlasse die Gardinen auch.
Zwischen Haltestelle Dietrichsteinplatz und Haltestelle Neue Technik, die WG ist sehr zentral. Mit Fuß ist man 10 Minuten von Jakominiplatz, schneller mit dem Rad. Eine Apotheke, Spar, Gasthaus, Döner und mehr sind um die Ecke.
Wir beiden ausziehen aber die WG ist groß genug für zwei Mitbewohner oder eins und ein Paar. Die Küche ist sehr hell und vollmöbliert.
Es ist auch möglich die gesamte Wohnung zu mieten!
