Die Küche, das Bad und die (vom Bad getrennte) Toilette sind in gutem Zustand und komplett ausgestattet.
Der Raum kann nach Ihren Wünschen gestaltet werden.
Das Rauchen ist in der Wohngemeinschaft nicht gestattet und Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
