Ich vermiete mein Zimmer im August 2013, weil ich ab 1. August in eine andere WG ziehe, meine Nachmieterin aber erst mit September einzieht.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet, allerdings nur mit dem nötigsten: eine Schlafcouch, ein großer Schrank und ein Tisch mit Stuhl. Falls Bettwäsche oder ähnliches benötigt wird, kann ich die gerne für den Monat bereitstellen (Ich wohne dann nicht weit weg, kann also gerne aushelfen wenn was gebraucht wird.)
Die Küche ist komplett möbliert, mit allen Küchenutensilien eingerichtet die man so braucht, und sehr gemütlich. Neben meinem Zimmer gibt es noch 3 weitere die von meiner Mitbewohnerin und ihrer Tochter bewohnt werden, die allerdings ihre Zimmer über den Sommer auch an eine Person vermietet werden.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und geräumig (ca 25 qm), hat Parkettboden und 2 große Altbau Fenster, die man auch mit Balken und Rollos verdunkeln kann. Es gibt Wlan, allerdings nicht das schnellste ;) Die Wohnung ist gleich neben dem Augartenpark in dem man wunderbar chillen kann. 5 Minuten Gehzeit bis zum Augarten-Freibad, 8 Minuten zu Merkur/Spar, 10 Minuten zum Hofer. Gleich an der Ecke fährt der Bus zum Jakominiplatz, der zu Fuß auch in max. 15 Minuten erreichbar ist. Die NachbarInnen in unserem Haus sind total nett und hilfsbereit und man kann sich immer an sie wenden wenn man etwas braucht.

room for rent in august. The room is about 25 squaremeter, and hast 2 big windows. the flat is next to augarten park, the augarten-swimmingpool is very close as well, and shops are in 8 to 10 minutes walking distance. there is a bus heading to jakominiplatz right at the corner, by foot you can reach Jakominiplatz in about 15 minutes.
the flat is shared with another women, who lives in the 3 other rooms of the flat. the room and the kitchen are funitured (in the room: a sleepingcouch, a closet and a desk and chair, the kitchen has eveything one can need and is very cosy!)there is wireless lan, but unfortunately not quite fast one ;) the neigbours in the house are very friendly and nice, and i am sure you will enjoy your stay here! I will move to another flat in the end of july, but it will be still in graz, so if you are new in Graz i can offer you to show you around or help you to orientate :)
