Ich werde 29 Jahre alt und habe mich entschlossen, dass ich allein Wohnen möchte. Finanziell kann ich für mich schon ein Wohnung leisten, deswegen ziehe mich aus von dem WG. Mein Mitbewohner sind super nett, bessere Leute kann man nicht wünschen :-)
Die WG ist cool. Es ist alles vorhanden: voll ausgestatte Einbauküche, Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Das Zimmer ist mobiliert mit einem großen Schrank, 140x90 Bett, ein Regal und mit einem sehr grossen Massive Tisch.
Die Miete beträg in Summe 367 Euro. Wobei damit alles abgedeckt ist (auch Internet).
Du kannst jederzeit vorbeischauen oder anrufen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich 5 Gehminuten weg vom Jakominiplatz und 2 Gehminuten entfernt vom Augarten. Zur TU kommt man in 5 bis 10 min, je nach Campus. Die KF ist etwa eine Viertelstunde entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Billa, Apotheke) innerhalb 2 Gehminuten.
Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und sportlich und ruhig :-)
