Hi!
Ich bin gerade dabei, aus meiner sehr netten Mädels-WG auszuziehen. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß aber sehr hübsch, mit einem großen Dachflächenfenster. Kaiser-Josef-Platz ums Eck, für Yogafans ist das Yoda gleich nebenan.
Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, wir haben einen Lift und das Leben in der WG ist sehr angenehm.
Der Einzugstermin ist flexibel, mir wäre aber natürlich so bald wie möglich am liebsten.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 325 Euro, es kommen keine Kosten dazu.
Wenn du möchtest, kannst du mein Bett und meinen Schrank übernehmen. Ablöse brauche ich keine.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Spar sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, viele Institute sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
Bei Interesse gerne schreiben oder anrufen, dann machen wir einen Termin aus.
