We are renting one of our five rooms in our shared flat. It's 16 m2 big and costs only 270 € plus approx. 15€ for electricity. As the room is completly furnished it is suitable for Erasmus students, but everyone else is also welcome :) Our shared flat consists of two flats that are connected with stairs. Your room will be in the upper half ot the appartment. All in all the flat has 5 rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 WCs and one bathroom.
Wir vermieten eines unserer fünf Zimmer in der WG. Es ist 16 m2 groß und kostet monatlich nur 270 € plus ca. 15 € für Strom. Da das Zimmer komplett möbliert ist eignet es sich bestens für Erasmus-StudentInnen. Jede/r Andere ist natürlich trozdem willkommen :) Unsere WG setzt sich aus zwei Wohnungen zusammen, die durch eine Wendeltreppe verbunden sind. Dein Zimmer befindet sich im oberen Teil der Wohnung. Die Wohnung besteht aus insgesamt 5 Zimmern, 2 Küchen, 2 WCs und einem Bad.
The flat is located in Leitnergasse near Augarten, where you can enjoy the sun and do sports. Public transport (Bus and Tram) and the next grocery stores are 2 minutes by foot. The TU is 10 minutes by bike, KF is about 15 minutes. The city centry can be easily reached by bike or foot.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Augartens, der zum Sonnen und Sporteln einlädt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sowie der nächste Lebensmittelladen sind 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Zur TU braucht man mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten zur KF 15. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad sehr leicht erreichbar.
As practising is allowed in the flat, your future flatmates will be three musicians (a violist, a guitarist and a composer) and a PhD student. We're an international WG, so speaking English is no problem for us :) As most of us will move in only in Spetember, we don't really have habits or special rules yet ;)
As I'm not moving out, but just go abroad for three month, this will only be a sublet. I will try to pack my stuff away as space-saving as possible, but I hope that you will be ok, with e.g. my books staying in the room.
In der Wohnung ist Musizieren erlaubt! :) Deshalb wirst du deine künftige Wohnung mit drei Musikern (eine Bratschistin, ein Gitarrist, ein Komponist), sowie einem PhD-Studenten teilen. Wir sind eine internationale WG, die neben Deutsch auch gerne Englisch spricht. Da die meisten von uns erst im September in der Wohnung einziehen werden, gibt es bis jetzt noch keine speziellen Gewohnheiten oder Reglen ;)
Es handelt sich um eine Untermiete. Ich werde natürlich versuchen meine Sachen weitestgehend platzsparend zu hinterlassen, jedoch hoffe ich, dass es für dich in Ordnung geht wenn Bücher etc. im Zimmer bleiben.
In the cellar there is a washing machine that can be used by all of us.
Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine, die von allen benützt werden kann.
