Ab Mitte Juli, Anfang August wird mein ca. 17qm großes Zimmer in der Klosterwiesgasse Ecke Brockmanngasse frei. Das Zimmer ist innenhofseitig mit Fischgrätparkett und man hat schöne Morgensonne :)
Die restliche Wohnung ist aufgeteilt in Küche mit Loggia (ebenfalls innhofseitig, wo du rauchen kannst, wenn du möchtest) Bad mit WC und Dusche und einem Vorraum der beide Zimmer voneinander trennt, man hört sich also nicht.
Das Bett im Zimmer kann bei Interesse abgelöst werden (160x200)
Ablöse für neue Waschmaschine beträgt 150€.
Die monatlichen Kosten inklusive allem (Strom, Heizung, Versicherung, Internet) betragen 390€
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell da sie im 3. Stock liegt.

From the middle of July/beginning of August my 17sqm room in the Klosterwiesgasse corner of Brockmanngasse will be available. The room is on the courtyard side with herringbone parquet and you have beautiful morning sun :)
The rest of the apartment is divided into a kitchen with a loggia (also on the inner courtyard side, where you can smoke if you want), a bathroom with WC and shower and an anteroom separating the two rooms, so you can't hear each other. The apartment is very bright as it is on the third floor. The bed in the room can be yours if you are interested (160x200).
The fee for a new washing machine is 150€.
The monthly costs including everything (electricity, heating, insurance, internet) are 390€.

In wenigen Minuten nur die nächste Straße runter ist man bei der TU, aber auch Karl Franzens ist nicht weit vor allem mit Fahrrad!
Den Jakominiplatz erreichst du in ca 8 Minuten zu Fuß, der nächste Spar ist gleich ums Eck.
Sowie sämtliche Bars, Cafés, Restaurants und die auch ein Katzensprung Innenstadt.
In a few minutes only the next street down you are at the TU, the Karl Franzens University is also not far, especially by bike!
Jakominiplatz can be reached by foot in about 8 minutes, the next Spar (Supermarket) is just around the corner.
As well as all bars, cafés, restaurants and a stone's throw the city centre of Graz.
Bin Studentin und freue mich auf angenehmes zusammenwohnen ohne Zweck-WG, mit manchmal gemeinsam kochen und ein Gläschen Wein am Abend :) aber natürlich sollte jeder den Freiraum haben den er braucht.
I'm a student and I'm looking forward to living together, not in a purpose shared flat, with sometimes cooking together and a glass of wine in the evening :) but of course everyone should have the space he needs.
