Hey gleich mal vorweg: wenn ihr nur August oder September ein Zimmer braucht, kein Problem. Bin da ganz flexibel! :)

Die WG besteht aus 4 getrennt begehbaren Zimmern, zwei Bädern, zwei WCs, einer großen Küche und einem Balkon mit Blick aufs Grüne. Wir sind auch mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und was man sonst noch so braucht ausgestattet. Außerdem hat das Wohnhaus einen benutzbaren Gemeinschaftsgarten und einen Fahrradabstellplatz.
Das Zimmer, dass zur Zwischenmiete von Anfang August bis Ende September (Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum flexibel) frei wird zählt rund 17m2 und ist in den Innenhof gelegen, von der Straße bekommt man nichts mit. Man schaut direkt ins Grüne und da in der Mitte die Sportflächen des ATG (Allgemeiner Turnverein Graz) ist, ist die gegenüberliegende Häuserreihe weit weg.
Absoluter Pluspunkt des Zimmers ist das eigene kleine Badezimmer, das mit Dusche und Waschbecken ausgestattet ist. Dadurch musst du dir das Badezimmer mit niemandem teilen.
Da es zur Zwischenmiete frei wird, ist es natürlich komplett möbeliert mit allem was man so braucht. Meine eigenen Sachen werde ich natürlich mitnehmen. Daher wäre auch eine Kaution von 850€ zu zahlen, das können wir aber gerne auch nocheinmal besprechen.
The shared flat consists of 4 separately accessible rooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, a large kitchen and a balcony overlooking the greenery. We are also equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine and whatever else you need. In addition, the house has a usable community garden and a bicycle parking space.
The room, which is available for a intermediate rent in August and September (flexible move in and out dates) is about 17m2 and is located in the direction of the courtyard, where you hear nothing from the street noise. You look directly into the greenery and since in the middle the sports areas of the ATG (Allgemeiner Turnverein Graz) are located, the opposite row of houses is far away.
The absolute plus point of the room is that it has its own small bathroom, which is equipped with shower and sink. That way, you do not have to share the bathroom with anyone.
Since it is free for intermediate rent, it is of course completely furnished with everything you need. Therefore, a deposit of 850 € would be charged, but we can also discuss it again.
Unsere super gemütliche 4rer-WG liegt im Zentrum von Graz in der Brockmanngasse im ersten Stock. Die Wohnung ist in 5 min zu Fuß vom Jakominiplatz erreichbar und liegt quasi direkt neben der TU. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind auch gleich in der Nähe am Dietrichsteinplatz, am Jakominiplatz und in der Conrad-von-Hötzendorfstraße.
Für Sportbegeisterte gibt es ein zusätzliches Zuckerl: Die WG liegt mit Blick auf den ATG (Allgemeiner Turnverein Graz), der mit Schwimmbecken, Laufstrecke und großer Rasenfläche ausgestattet ist. Außerdem kann man unterschiedliche Sportkurse wie Zumba günstig belegen.
Natürlich sind auch die Öffis hier nicht weit entfernt. Straßenbahnlinie 6 geht an der Münzgrabenstraße, sowie 4 und 5 an der Conrad-von-Hötzendorf-Straße. (jeweils ca. 2 min zu Fuß entfernt)
Our super cozy flat is located in the center of Graz in Brockmanngasse on the first floor. The apartment is within 5 minutes walking distance from the Jakominiplatz and is located right next to the TU. Grocery stores are also nearby at Dietrichsteinplatz, Jakominiplatz and Conrad-von-Hötzendorfstraße.
For sports enthusiasts, there is an extra treat: The shared flat is located overlooking the ATG (General Turnverein Graz), which is equipped with swimming pool, running track and large lawn area. In addition, you can occupy different sports courses such as Zumba as well.
Of course, the public transport is not far away. Tram line 6 is at the Münzgrabenstraße, as well as 4 and 5 at the Conrad-von-Hötzendorf-Straße. (each about 2 minutes walk away)
Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit drei anderen Mitbewohner*innen. Eine wird gleichzeitig mit dir im August einziehen. Die anderen zwei sind auf jeden Fall super lieb und unternehmen gerne mal was zusammen. Wir sind zwischen 22 und 26 Jahre alt und studieren eig alle (Bachelor bis Phd). Wir sind keine Party WG, aber am Wochenende darfs gerne mal ein gemeinsames Bier oder ein Partyabend sein. Auch so reden wir viel, tauschen uns aus und essen gerne miteinander. Natürlich ist über den Sommer immer mal weniger los, aber irgendwer wird immer da sein :)
You will share the apartment with 3 other people. One will be moving in in August as well, so you might want to explore Graz together. The other two are super nice and are always in for doing something together. We are between 22 and 26 years old and study all (Bachelor to Phd). We are not a party WG, but on the weekend we like to go for a beer or even go partying together sometimes. We talk a lot, talk and eat together. Of course there is less going on during the summer, but somebody will always be there :)
