Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
ab dem 15.02.2020 wird ein schönes und geräumiges Altbauzimmer in unserer super netten 4er-WG frei. Die Wohnung und das Zimmer sind möbliert. Im Zimmer befinden sich ein Schrank, eine Kommode, ein Bett (1,40m x 2m; exkl. Kopfkissen & Decke), ein Schreibtisch samt Stuhl, ein Regal, ein Spiegel und zwei Beistelltischchen (Gesamtablöse: 80,-€).
Das Bad hat eine Dusch-Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. In der Küche findest du alles Notwendige zum Kochen und einen Sitzbereich. Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung ist die große Dachterrasse, die bei Sonnenschein zum Verweilen einlädt.
Im angegebenen Mietpreis sind die geteilten Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung, WLAN) enthalten.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral zwischen Jakominiplatz und Dietrichsteinplatz. Öffis ereichst du innerhalb von 5 Minuten. In der Umgebung findest du mehrere Supermärkte, Bäcker, Cafés & Restaurants. Der Bauernmarkt auf dem Kaiser-Josef-Platz ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Aber auch der Schlossberg und die Murpromenade sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
Wir studieren und/oder arbeiten. Wir sind keine Party-WG, unternehmen aber ab und an gerne etwas zusammen oder sitzen an warmen Tagen einfach entspannt auf der Dachterrasse beisammen und trinken Kaffee. :-)

Hey there,
starting from february 15th we have one big room available in our cozy and fully equipped shared apartment with wooden floor and a big sunny terrace. The room is fully furnished, the costs of the furniture: 80,-€. The flat is centrally located near Graz Jakominiplatz. You find a lot of public transport, shops, bars and restaurants nearby. In total there are 4 people living in the flat (students and employees).
