I'm leaving Graz and this is why my room in this beautiful and warm-hearted shared flat will be vacant from first of February on.
It's a 32m2 room with high ceilings (Altbau) and big windows which makes it bright and light-flooded all day. Even though the community in this flat is lively and active, the room is big and cozy and a refugee and you can always choose between enjoying the company of your flatmates or retreating to your fortress of solitude. Even though the room is very central in the flat, you have two doors which isolate the room very much from outside noise. The flat is very spacious and very central (near to Jakominiplatz).
The room is 425€ rn (all inclusive: rent, heating, electricity, heating, wifi, warm water).
The apartment is located between jakominiplatz and Augarten and you are everywhere very fast. by foot, it's just a few minutes to the mur, Jakominplatz, Augarten,...
There are Bars and super nice restaurants next to the flat. You can choose between Spar, Billa and Hofer, all of them reachable by foot. Especially the Augarten is so near, that it is tempting to spend some time there during your homeoffice breaks hehe. All transports to everywhere are accesible from Jakominplatz.
It's a very good place to stay in Graz.
Your future flatmates couldn't be better. It breaks my heart to leave them behind, but
Julius, Pauli and Philippe and Laura are gorgeous. Everyone is super nice and we quickly became friends. We often cook together, have a good glass of wine or beer, go out, chill in the kitchen and do lots of activities in the summer... In the kitchen there's always a whole bunch of good food, which we share all together. Sometimes we do a cooking plan so every weekday one of us cooks and there is a warm meal every day. Also there is a lot of games in the house so sometimes we just gamble the whole evening. It never gets boring.
