In unserer WG wird ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer hat 16 m^2 und zwei große Fenster. Da ich ins Ausland ziehe, können einige Möbelstück hintergelassen werden, zB Schreibtisch, Paletten etc.
A room will be free in our shared apartment. The room is 16 square meters and has two large windows. Because I am moving abroad, some of the furniture can be left behind (for free), for example: a desk, the pallets, etc.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Dietrichsteinplatz mitten in Graz. Der Kaiser-Josef-Platz mit dem Bauernmarkt ist direkt nebenan, und der zentrale Verkehrsknoten in Graz (Jakominiplatz) ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die TU ist zu Fuß 5 in Minuten und KFU zu Fuß in 15 Minuten.
The apartment is located in the middle of Graz at Dietrichsteinplatz. Kaiser-Josef-Platz and its farmers market is across the street, and Graz's central traffic point (Jakominiplatz) is reachable in 5 minutes. To the TU is a 5 minute walk and the to the KFU is a 15 minute walk.
Wir, Barbara, Tim und Caro, alle um 30 Jahre alt, suchen eine neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Unser WG Leben ist harmonisch. Wir leisten einander gerne Gesellschaft in der Küche und unternehmen auch ab und zu gemeinsam Sachen, wenn wir Zeit dafür finden. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, verstehen es aber auch vollkommen, wenn jemand eher Zeit für sich benötigt.
We, Barbara, Tim and Caro, all around 30 years old, are looking for a new roommate. Our shared apartment life is peaceful. We give each other company in the kitchen and sometimes hang out outside the apartment when we have time for that. We are not a purpose WG (Zweck WG) and completely understand if someone needs time for themselves.
Das Zimmer wird offiziell ab 1 August frei. Ich ziehe aber am 22 Juli aus - dass heisst man kann schon vor dem 1. August einziehen.
