Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m² groß und hat zwei Dachfenster, die den Raum am nachmittags mit Licht füllen. Die Fenster sind hervorragend isoliert, sodass der Straßenlärm nicht zu laut ist. Sowie die anderen Räume der Wohnung befindet sich eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, sodass es vor allem im Sommer nicht zu heiß wird.

The room is about 20 m² and has two skylights that flood the room with sunlight in the afternoon. The windows are well insulated so that the street noise is not too loud. Like the other rooms in the flat, there is air conditioning in the room so that it does not get too hot, especially in summer.
Die WG ist in der Nähe der TU Graz, Campus Neue Technik. Das Stadtzentrum ist leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Da sich die nächste BIM- Station nur 150 m entfernt befindet ist die Öffi- Anbindung hervorragend.
In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Geschäfte, die ebenfalls zu Fuß leicht erreichbar sind.

The flat is close to the TU Graz, Campus Neue Technik. The city centre is within easy walking distance. Since the nearest Tram station is only 150 m away, the public transport connection is excellent.
There are several shops nearby, which are also within easy walking distance.
Im Moment bin ich der einzige Bewohner der Wohnung. Ich komme aus der Steiermark und mache im Moment meinen PhD. Ich verbringe also die meiste Zeit auf der Uni und habe eine gesunde Kaffeeabhängigkeit.
Am Abend versuche ich je nach Motivation zu kochen, aber backe auch gerne. Wenn es sich zeitlich ausgeht, besuche ich verschiedene Sportkurse oder gehe schwimmen. Da ich es nicht so weit in die Heimat habe, verlasse ich die Stadt am Wochenende öfters.
Allgemein sollte darauf geachtet werden die Wohnung, vor allem die gemeinsam genutzten Bereiche, sauber zu halten. Wie es in den Zimmern aussieht, ist mehr oder weniger Eigenverantwortung.

Currently, I am the only occupant of the flat. I come from Styria and am doing my PhD at the moment. So I spend most of my time at university and have a healthy coffee addiction.
In the evening, I try to cook depending on my motivation, but I also like to bake. If time permits, I attend various sports courses or go swimming. Since I don't have far to go back home, I often leave the city at the weekend.
In general, you should keep the flat clean, especially the shared areas. How it looks in the rooms is more or less your own responsibility.

In den Kosten sind die jüngsten Teuerungen für die Heizung miteinbezogen.
Die Wohnung kann nach Wunsch auch als ganzes vermietet werden, eine entsprechende Anzeige befindet sich in der Wohnungsrubrik von WG- gesucht.
