Das Zimmer ist recht groß, und möbliert. Es hat einen Balkon dabei.
Das Bett ist ein Sofabett und sehr gemütlich.
Es gibt einen Kasten für Gewand und sonst auch Stauraum.
Perfekt wäre es als Untermiete für Erasmus StudentInnen, oder Personen die nur vorübergehend was suchen.
Die Miete beträgt inkl. allem 375€ (also mit Wlan und Strom, im Winter koennte der Preis etwas variieren, kommt auf die Jahresabrechnung an)
Geheizt wird die Wohnung mit Strom (Infrarotpanele in den Räumen)
Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten (zu Fuß) vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, zur Bim Station Esperantoplatz geht man 3 Min.
Ich vermiete mein Zimmer, da ich für 1 Semester nach Valencia gehe. Meine ganz liebe Mitbewohnerin (auch Studentin und Kellnerin) bleibt und haltet die Stellung.
Die WG ist ein zu Hause und keine Zweck WG. Es gibt kein Wohnzimmer dafuer einen Balkon und einen schoenen Garten.
Wir suchen eine enstpannte, unkomplizierte und gemütliche Person, also schreib uns bisschen was ueber dich - wer du bist, was du gerne machst usw.
